Pneumonili 160 koyun akciğerinden alınan örneklerde yapılan bakteriyolojik ekimler sonucu, örneklerin 15 (%22.06)'inde Staphylococcus aureus ve Pasteurella spp.. 11 (%16.18)'inde Candida spp., 10 (%14.71)'unda Klebsiella pneumonia, 9 (%13.24)'unda E. coli, 3 (%4.41)'ünde Streptococcus spp. ve Corynebacterium spp., 2 (%2.94)'sinde Enterobacter spp. olmak üzere toplam 68 bakteri izole edildi. Bakterilerin antibiyotik duyarlılık testleri Kirby-Bauer disk diffüzyon yöntemine göre belirlendi. S. aureus suşları oxytetrasiklin, amoksasilin+klavulanik asit'e %100, ampisilin, amoksisilin ve danofloksasin'e %93.33, Pasteurella spp. suşları oxytetrasiklin, amoksisilin klavulanik asit, ampisilin, amoksisilin ve neomisin'e %100, danofloksasin'e %93.33, Klebsiella pneumonia suşları oksitetrasiklin, amoksisilin, neomisin, gentamisin, sülfamethaksazol/trimethoprim ve sefaperazona %100, amoksisilin klavulanikasit, ampisilin ve danofloksasin'e ise %90 duyarlı bulundu.In this study, it was aimed to isolate the bacteria from sheep with pneumonia in Burdur and Isparta province and to determine of the antibiotic sensitivity. By the aim, a total of 160 lung samples from sheep with pneumonia was collected from Burdur and Isparta province A total of 68 bacterial agents was isolated from the 42 (25.33 %) of 160 sheep lung. Isolated microorganisms were identified as follows: 15 (22.06%) were Pasteurella spp and Staphylococcus aureus, 11 (16.18%) Candida spp., 10 (14.71%) Klebsiella pneumonia, 9 (13.24%) E. coli, 3(4.41%) Streptococcus spp. and Corynebacterium spp. and 2 (2.94%) Enterobacter spp. Antibacterial susceptibility of microorganisms to various antibiotics were tested by Kirby-Bauer disc diffussion methods.
