The highest concentrations of aluminium hydroxide and calcium phosphate adsorbed with TGF-?1 that produced no cytotoxicity on Verocells were found to be 0.098 mg and 2.5 mg respectively. The calcium phosphate adjuvant adsorbed less TGF- ?1 than aluminium hydroxide. By in vitro experiments, aluminium hydroxide served as more suitable carrier agent for TGF-?1.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessUse of aluminium hydroxide and calcium phosphate as delivery molecules for TGF-?1Article844356358Q4WOS:000246643700007Q4
