Araştırmada Konet Mezbahası'ndan temin edilen Oestrus ovis ve Coenerus cerebralis yönünden enfekte 10'ar koyun ve kontrol olarak sağlıklı 10 koyun kullanıldı. Çalışmada alınan kan örneklerinde eritrosit ve lökosit sayıları, hemoglobin miktarı, hematokrit değer, sedimentasyon hızı, alyuvar indekslerinden OAH (MCV), OAHb (MCH), OAHbD (MCHC) ve akyuvar tiplerinin yüzde oranları belirlendi. Coenurosisli hayvanlarda lökosit sayısı, monosit yüzdesi ve sedimentasyon hızı sağlıklı hayvanlardan önemli oranda (p0.05) yüksek olarak bulundu. Alyuvar, hemoglobin ve hematokrit düzeylerine benzer olarak OAH, OAHb, OAHbD değerlerinde de farklılık yoktu. Oestrus ovisli grupta kontrolle karşılaştırıldığında monosit yüzdesi ve sedimentasyon hızının daha yüksek (p0.05) olduğu belirlendi. Diğer parametreler açısından her iki grupta belirlenen değerlerin birbirine yakın ve sağlıklı koyunlar için bildirilen normal sınırlar içerisinde olduğu kaydedildi.Summary: This study was conducted to determine some haematological parameters of sheep infested with C. cerebralis and O. ovis. In the study, 10 sheep as control, 10 sheep infested with C.cerebralis and 10 sheep infested with O.ovis were used. In blood samples taken from all groups, erythrocyte and leukocyte counts, haemoglobine levels, haematocrit value, sedimentation rate, erythrocyte indexes and differential leucocyte counts were determined. Leucocyte count, monocytes percent and sedimentation rate were significiantly higher in coenurosis group than control group's levels. There is no difference between groups in erythrocyte, haemoglobine, haematocrit, MCV, MCH and MCHC levels. The sedimentation rate and monocyte percent were significiantly higher in O. ovis infested group than control.
