Bu infeksiyonda kemik iliği ve dalak yaygın olarak etkilenir ve bütün tutulumlar pansitopeniye neden olabilir. Bu yazıda pansitopeni ile seyreden dört bruselloz olgusu sunulmuştur. Bruselloza yönelik tedavi ile pansitopeni tamamen düzelmiştir.As some brucellosis cases have atypical course, they may be misdiagnosed. Bone marrow and spleen are commenly involved in this infection, and such involvement may result in pancytopenia. In this report, four cases of brucellosis with pancytopenia are presented.
