Toplanan larvalar, anterior ve posterior stigmalara ve sefalo-faringeal iskeletin morfolojik özelliklerine göre teşhis edildi. Mikroskobik muayene sonucu larvaların Lucilia sericata’nın üçüncü dönem larvası olduğu tespit edildi.A male dog was brought to the Selcuk University, Faculty of Veterinary Clinics with the complaint of injury. On examination, hundreds of larvae were observed around its left ear. Larvae were identified depending on the morphological characters of the anterior spiracles, cephalo-pharyngeal skeleton and slits of the posterior spiracles.
