Her toplumum kendine has düşünce geleneğinin olmasına rağmen, neden entelektüel kavramının genel geçer bir kavram olarak kullanıldığı sorunsalı üzerinde durulacak olan bu çalışmanın birinci bölümde entelektüelliğin tarihsel arka planına ve eleştirisine yer verilecek, ikinci bölümde ise İzzetbegoviç'in düşünce dünyası değerlendirilerek, bir entelektüel olarak nitelendirilmesinin imkânı tartışılacaktır.The aim of this study is to offer a critical approach to intellectuality which is a matter in question for many thinkers till today and to investigate İzzetbegoviç İzzetbegovic?s works and his intellectual world in the light of this approach.
