In light of the modern era, there have been constant debates and discussions regarding the impact of climate change and its potential to change countries' economic landscape. The concept of climate change has piqued the interests of researchers in the current business environment since it impacts not only human lives but also the trade relations between countries. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the impact of climate change on the economic growth in case Kenya. For this purpose, the thesis study has developed research objectives that will be addressed in this study. The effects of climate change on economic growth and development have been investigated and evaluated. Although there is no relationship between the selected variables in the long run, significant CO2 has a negative effect on economic growth in the short run.
