Öğe Biyouyumlu Doğal Polimerler ile Hazırlanmış Nanoparçacık Katkılı Hidrojellerin Yara Örtüsü Uygulamalarında Kullanımının İncelenmesi(Selçuk Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Ensititüsü, 2022) Bayraktar, Şeyda; Okudan, AhmetWound dressings are biomedical materials that accelerate the natural healing process in the wound area where they are applied. Among the wound dressing types, hydrogel dressings are frequently preferred due to their easy application, use in the desired length and shape, acting as a barrier against bacteria and oxygen permeability. The aim of the study is to use biocompatible materials that are degradable in nature; is to synthesize environmentally-friendly, antimicrobial, nanoparticlecontaining, and low-cost wound gels. For this purpose, firstly, nanocomposite solutions with varying amounts of Montmorillonite K10 (MMT K10) and Nanoclay clays and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (NaCMC) were prepared. While preparing these solutions, distilled water (Dw) and acetic acid (AAc) were used as solvents. Then, polyvinyl alcohol solution (PVA) was added to the resulting clay-polymer nanocomposite solution. After determining the appropriate ratio for the prepared mixture, a homogeneous mixture was obtained by adding graphene oxide (GO) aqueous solution to the mixture. As a result, hydrogels with physical cross-links for use in wound dressing application were obtained by adding argan oil, aloe vera oil, and clove oil separately to these mixtures with different ingredients. The contact angle, swelling test, and antimicrobial properties of the hydrogels obtained from the freeze-thaw process were examined, and the surface morphologies were performed by SEM, XRD, FT-IR analyzes.
