Öğe Computation of adriatic indices of certain operators of regular and complete bipartite graphs(Jangjeon Mathematical Society, 2018) Lokesha V.; Manjunath M.; Chaluvaraju B.; Devendraiah K.M.; Cangul I.N.; Cevik A.S.A topological index of a graph G is a numerical parameter related to G which characterizes its molecular topology and used for quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) and quantitative structure-property relationship (QSPR). Adriatic indices are bond-additive topological indices. They are analyzed on the testing sets provided by the Inernational Academy of Mathematical Chemistry (IAMC) and it has been shown that they have good predictive properties in many cases. In this paper, we study the certain adriatic indices of regular and complete bipartite graphs using some graph operators. © 2018 Jangjeon Mathematical Society. All rights reserved.Öğe Generalization of Q-apostol-type eulerian numbers and polynomials, and their interpolation functions(Jangjeon Mathematical Society, 2015) Cangul I.N.; Cevik A.S.; Simsek Y.In a recent paper [16], generating functions in terms of non-negative real parameters, q-Eulerian type polynomials and numbers (or q-Apostol type Frobenius-Euler numbers and polynomials) have been constructed by Y. Simsek. Additionally, some identities for these polynomials and numbers based on the generating functions and functional equations have been derived. Finally, a multiplication formula for the generalized Apostol type Frobenius-Euler polynomials has been given. In this paper, as a continuing study of [16], we will essentially present generalizations of the above material and, differently from aforementioned paper, we will express the interpolation functions related to these numbers and polynomials.Öğe On commutator and power subgroups of some Coxeter groups(Natural Sciences Publishing Co., 2016) Ates F.; Cangul I.N.; Cetinalp E.K.; Cevik A.S.; Karpuz E.G.In this paper the commutator subgroups of the affine Weyl group of type Cn-1 (n ? 3) and the triangle Coxeter groups are studied. Also it is given all power subgroups of the affine Weyl group of type Ãn-1 (n ? 3). We should note that, as in our knowledge, although the concept of this study seems in pure mathematics, it is known that affine Weyl groups have a direct relationship between discrete dynamical systems and Painlevé equations (cf.
