Öğe Fındık zarı uygunluğunun opencv ile belirlenmesi için yazılım ve donanım geliştirilmesi(Selçuk Üniversitesi, 2018) Güler, Ebubekir; Kıran, Mustafa ServetThe hazelnuts which are being used in many places in the world are undergoing a series of operations in order to be ready for use. Although the machines are specialized machines to make the machine ready for use, the machines can also supply foreign materials with hazelnut insoles which are not suitable for use as output. Separating these items from the output is expensive because it is done by human hands. With the help of image processing techniques, these materials can be distinguished at low cost. In this study, it is aimed to determine automatically whether the products which come out of the internal separation devices are suitable for use by using image processing techniques. The performance of the machine inside the hazelnut varies according to the type of hazelnut. The length of the hazelnut is almost the same width is called plump hazelnuts. In chubby nuts, the success rate of a 1000-kilogram film stripping process is about 95% -98%. The proportion of wrinkled hazelnut species is approximately 75% -85%. 8-10 m³ of water is used according to the nature of the nuts processed and the membrane structure for the membrane separation process. The system produces hazelnuts separated from hazelnuts and hazelnuts separated from hazelnuts by the same tape. It is necessary to make a distinction between these peeled and unseen hazelnuts taken as output. After the discrimination made, the pistachio nuts are ready for packing process. Uncooked hazelnuts are re-introduced into the processes mentioned for peeling the envelope again. It is a laborious and slow process to distinguish between peeled and unpeeled hazelnuts, and this process is performed by the human hand when not performed by the membrane stripping machines. The aim of the system is to remove hazelnuts and hazelnuts separated from hazelnuts and hazelnuts separated from hazelnuts by a camera placed on a flowing platform and transfer them to storage areas in hazelnuts separated in one section and hazelnuts separated in another. The images taken for the separation process are intended to be made using image processing techniques and the OpenCV Library. In addition, with the application of OpenCV, the nuts that have been decided on the case will be directed to the appropriate side on the moving belt. In order to fulfill this purpose, an additional hardware will be developed.
