Öğe Su kültüründe farklı miktarlarda uygulanan kalsiyumun fasulye ve mısır bitkilerinin beslenmesi ve gelişimine etkisi(Selçuk Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü, 2018) Hasanov, Tural; Gezgin, SaitIn this study, increasing doses of calcium application to increased nutrient uptake of beans and maize plants due to the change in balance between other nutrients (Ca, P, K, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, B) in hoagland nutrient solution in water culture. The amount of nutrients removed and the ratio of calcium to other nutrients, effects of grwoth of root and stem, chlorophyll content, MDA and Prolin content were determined. In the experiment, burgundia variety of bean and pioneer variety of maıze were used as plant material with 6 different applications of calcium doses (10, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 mg L-1). The main topic of our study is to demonstrate the differences of plant nutrient uptake and plant development depending on the calcium application of 2 different plants with different root CEC. According to the results of our research, calcium application had significant increases in the dry weight, length, MDA, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu and Mn contents of the stem and root parts of both plants were determined. The root dry weight was obtained in the application of 40 mg L-1 Ca (Ca40), while the dry weight of the bean plant was obtained in the highest hoagland solution at 100 mg L-1 Ca (Ca100) application. In corn plant, the hightest stem and root dry weight were obtained in the application of 40 mg L-1 Ca (Ca40), in comparison to the control.
