In this, study has realized the design and manufacture of microbial energies with 10x10 and 11x11 cm2 membranes. The performance of MFC designed and manufactured has been investigated experimentally. Performance parameters are the differences active sludge (#AS) and sediment sludge (#SS) at low and high the flow rates and at different temperature changes ?T(=Tmud-Tambiant) = 8, 10, 12, 14 oC, at different 21 external resistences, the variation of voltage (V) according to current density (A/m3), and variaton of power density (W/m3) to current density (A/m3). The maximum values of voltage, current density and power density of the 10x10 cm2 membrane MFC are 0.571 V, 0.520 A/m3 and 79.4 W/m3, respectively, and these values were found at # AS and at ?T = 10 ° C.
