Öğe Binuclear and Mononuclear Cobalt(II), Nickel(II) and Copper(II) Complexes of 4,4 '-bis(Alkylaminoisonitrosoacetyl)Diphenyl-Methane Derivatives(Kluwer Academic Publ, 2002) Karipcin, Fatma; Uçan, H. İsmet; Karataş, İbrahim4,4'-Bis(chloroacetyl)diphenylmethane has been prepared from ClCH2COCl and Ph2CH2. 4,4'-Methylenebis(phenylglyoxylohydroximoyl chloride has also been obtained. Four new substituted 4,4'-bis(alkylaminoisonitrosoacetyl) diphenylmethanes (ligands) have been prepared from 4,4'-methylenebis( phenylglyoxylohydroximoyl chloride) and the corresponding amines. The Ni-II, Cu-II and Co-II complexes of these ligands were prepared and their structures were identified using AAS, i.r., H-1-n.m.r. spectral data, elemental analyses and magnetic susceptibility measurements.Öğe Some Polyamidoxime Derivatives and Their Metal Complexes(Scientific Technical Research Council Turkey, 2003) Karipcin, Fatma; Karataş, İbrahim; Uçan, Halil İsmetIn this paper the synthesis of six polyamidoximes from their corresponding diamines with 4,4'-methylenebis (phenylglyoxylohydroximoyl chloride) and 4,4'-methylenebis(chlorophenylgly-oxime) is presented. The average molecular weights of these organic polymers were determined. In addition, the complexes of 4,4'-methylenebis(phenylglyoxylohydroximoyl chloride) with Ni(II), Co(II) and Cu(II) salts were prepared. The structures of these compounds were identified by IR or H-1 NMR spectral data, elemental analyses, magnetic measurements and thermal analysis.Öğe Synthesis and characterization of 4-arylaminobiphenylglyoximes and their complexes(SOC CHILENA QUIMICA, 2006) Karipcin, Fatma; Arabali, Filiz; Karatas, I.4-Chloroacetylbiphenyl has been synthesized by Friedel-Crafts reaction between biphenyl and chloroacetyl chloride in the presence of AlCl3 catalyst. The nitrosation reaction of this compound gave 4-biphenylhydroxamyl chloride (HL). Subsequently, 4-biphenylchloroglyoxime (H2L) was prepared by the reaction of 4-biphenylhydroxamyl chloride and hydroxylamine hydrochloride. Then, six new substituted 4-biphenylaminoglyoximes (H2Lx) have been synthesized from 4-biphenylchloroglyoxime and the corresponding amines. A series of M(II)-dioxime complexes of the type [M(HLx)(2)] or [M(HLx)(2) (H2O)(2)] [M(II)=Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II)] have been synthesized and characterized by FT-IR, H-1 NMR spectral studies, elemental analysis, AAS and magnetic susceptibility measurements.Öğe The Synthesis of Substituted Bis(Aminophenylglyoxime)Methanes and Their Polymeric Metal Complexes with Cu(II), Ni(II), and Co(II) Salts(TAYLOR & FRANCIS INC, 2001) Karipcin, Fatma; Karataş, İbrahimIn this study, 4,4'-bis(chloroacetyl)diphenylmethane (HL) has been synthesized from chloroacetylchloride and diphenylmethane. Subsequently, its keto oxime (H2L) and glyoxime (H4L) derivatives have been prepared. Then, seven new substituted bis(aminophenylglyoxime)methanes (H4LX) have been synthesized from bis(chlorophenylglyoxime)methane and the corresponding amines. The Ni(II), Cu(II) and Co(II) complexes of these ligands were prepared. The structures of these ligands and their complexes were identifed by IR and H-1 NMR spectral data, elemental analyses and magnetic measurements.
