Organizations must adapt to these inevitable changes in order to survive. The increasing dynamism of the information age, the change of customer expectations, changes in technology, and changes in expectations and innovation needs are the main cases of these changes. Continuous change and intense competition push organizations to renew themselves. For this reason, it is very important for organizations to use the appropriate leadership style in the current turbulent environment. In this context, transformational leadership motivates employees to exhibit innovative behaviors. Likewise, authentic leadership creates innovative capabilities in subordinates. Such leadership styles lead to innovation performance in firms through entrepreneurial activities. The aim of this research was to determine the Mediatıng Effect of Corporate Entrepreneurship on The Relationship Between Transformational Leadership , Authentic Leadership and Innovation Performance:The Example of Iranian Free Zones. For this purpose, a quantitative study was employed in the Iranian Free Zones. Survey technique was employed to collect data. The sample size of the research was determined using the Formula of Cochran (1977) and through the stratified random sampling technique. Accordingly, the sample of this study consists of 352 people working in the Iranian Free Zones. The data of the research were collected through questionnaires filled by Iranian free zones workers.In this research, to test the proposed hypotheses, theoretical model and mediation, the data were analyzed with a total of 364 valid answers using Hayes (2013) Model 4 Process Macro plugin SPSS 22 program.According to the results obtained from the research, a significant and positive relationship was found between Transformational Leadership Perception and Innovation Performance, a positive relationship between Authentic Leadership Perception and Innovation Performance , a positive relationship between Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation Performance, a positive relationship between Transformational leadership Perception and Corporate Entrepreneurship , a positive relationship between Authentic Leadership Perception and Corporate Entrepreneurship.The mediation analysis of the research showed that Corporate Entrepreneurship has a complete mediation effect in the effect of Transformational Leadership Perception on Innovation Performance. Similarly, Corporate Entrepreneurship mediates the effect of Authentic Leadership Perception on Innovation Performance completely. As a result, managers must adopt a Transformational and Authentic leadership Perception approach to promote Innovation Performance. Similarly, managers need to focus on Corporate Entrepreneurship to make their companies more innovative.
