Öğe A Decomposition of Continuity(AKADEMIAI KIADO, 1996) Hatır, E.; Noiri, T.; Yüksel, S.Tong [11] introduced the notions of A-sets and A-continuity in topological spaces and established a decomposition of continuity. In [12], he also introduced the notions of B-sets and B-continuity and used them to obtain a new decomposition of continuity. Recently, Ganster and Reilly [3] have improved Tong's decomposition result and provided a decomposition of A-continuity. Quite recently, Przemski [10] has obtained some decompositions of continuity and weak continuity. Second, we introduce the notion of gb-closed sets and then investigate some relations of between b-closed and gb-closed sets. We also give a characterization of b-T-1/2 spaces via gb-closed sets. We introduce two new weak homeomorphisms which are important keys between General Topology and Algebra. Using the notion of m(X)-structures, we give a characterization theorem of m(X)-T-2 spaces. Then we investigate properties of strong B I-sets. Additionally, we obtain a new decomposition of continuity via idealization by using strong B I-sets. [5] introduced the notions of C-sets and C-continuity in topological spaces and established a decomposition of continuity. Recently, Dontchev [4] has also provided a decomposition of continuity by using the notion of strong B-sets. In this paper, we introduce strongly semi-closed sets and strongly beta-closed sets and by using these sets we define strong B-sets and strong C-sets which are situated between strong B-sets in the sense of Dontchev and C-sets. We obtain new decompositions of continuity by using strong B-sets and strong C-sets.
