Öğe Derivatization of Esters of p-Tert-Butylcalix[6]arene with some Snsymmetrical Vic-Dioxime Compounds(Marcel Dekker Inc, New York, NY, United States, 1994) Vural, Ufuk S.; Sevindir, H. CahitThe oximated derivatives of the p-tert-butylcalix[6]arene which are obtained by the esterification of the calixarene on the lower rim, and their interaction with some unsymmetrical vic-dioximes. The tetraester of the calixarene isolated by the reaction of calixarene with p-nitrobenzoyl chloride in high yield. The nitro groups of tetraester compound reduced to tetraamino groups by SnCl2.2H2O and, the oximated derivative obtained by the macrocyclic compound treatment with monochloroglyoxime, phenylchloroglyoxime and, p-tolylchloroglyoxime which are unsymmetrical vic-dioximes. Thus, the complexation ability of this new macrocyclic compounds by some transition metals increased according to the unsubstituted tetraester of p-tert-butylcalix[6]arene.Öğe Synthesis and Complex Formation of Four New Unsymmetrical Vic-Dioximes(MARCEL DEKKER INC, 1992) Sevindir, H. Cahit; Mirzaoğlu, Ramazananti-p-Tolylchloroglyoxime (PTCGH2) has been synthesized by chlorination of anti-p-tolylglyoxime. The reaction of PTCGH2 with suitable aryl or arylklyamines in ethanol between -10-degrees-C and -15-degrees-C gives unsymmetrical vic-dioximes, namely, anilino-p-tolylglyoxime (APTGH2), benzilamino-p-tolylglyoxime (BAPTGH2) p-toluidino-p-tolylglyoxime (PTPTGH2), p-anisidino-p-tolylglyoxime (PAPTGH2). The Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes of these ligands are square-planer while the Co(II) complexes are octahedral with water molecules as axial ligands. H-1-NMR, IR and UV-VIS data are given.Öğe The Synthesis of 3 New Bis(Amino-R-Glyoximes) and Their Polymeric Metal-Complexes(MARCEL DEKKER INC, 1994) Sevindir, H. CahitIn this study, three new unsymmetrical vic-dioximes, 1,2-phenylenebis(aminoglyoxime) L1H2, 1,2-phenylenebis(amino-phenylglyoxime) L2H2 and 1,2-phenylenebis(amino-p-tolylglyoxime) L3H2 have been synthesized from anti-chloroglyoxime (CGH2), anti-phenylchlorogloxime (PCGH2) and anti-p-tolylchloroglyoxime (PTCGH2), and aromatic diamines. Their polymeric complexes with Ni(II), Cu(II) and Co(II) have been obtained. The Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes of these ligands are square-planar while the Co(II) complexes are octahedral with water molecules as axial ligands. H-1 NMR and IR spectra and elemental analyses data are given.
