    THE LETTERS FROM TWO WELL-KNOWN TURKOLOGISTS FRANZ TAESCHNER AND FRANZ BABINGER TO FERIDUN NAFIZ UZLUK

    In this short work, Some letters which Franz Taeschner and Franz Babinger, distinguished German historians and orientalists, wrote to Feridun Nafiz Uzluk, a professor in Ankara University Medical Faculty, from Munster and Munich 1952 to 1964 will be analyzed. It is understood from the letters that these scientists knew each other and follow each other's works. In this context, some information will be given about these scientists, and then copies of typed and hand-written documents will be attached.

    THE LETTERS SENT BY AHMET ZEKI VELIDI TOGAN TO FERIDUN NAFIZ UZLUK

    In this short paper, it is examined three letters sent by Ahmet Zeki Velidi Togan in Vienna between 1933 and 1941 years, to Feridun Nafiz Uzluk, staff member of Medicine History Department in Ankara University. It is understood from the letters that this two persons do not know each other face to face but they do by name only and follow each other's works. After the short introduction, the letters on scientific matters continue. In this work, it will be examined these letters and it will be given original texts of the letters with handwriting of Zeki Velidi Togan.
