Öğe The ecology and chorology of rnyxomycetes in Turkey(MYCOTAXON LTD, 2007) Yagiz, Dursun; Afyon, AhmetMyxomycete collections obtained between 1957-2006 from 18 floristic squares and 260 localities in Turkey represent 216 taxa from 39 genera and 12 families in the Myxomycota. The specimens were collected from 37 substrates including coniferous trees (six), broadleaf trees (30), and one highly decayed substrate that could not be identified. Arcyria cinerea was one widespread species found in 11 different floristic squares on 13 differing substrates. Arcyria cinerea, A. incarnata, Fuligo septica, and Lycogala epidendrum were reported from all elevations of the study area. A complete report is available http://www.egitim.selcuk.edu.tr/fen/yagiz/pdf/mycotaxon07-061.pdfÖğe Minor element and heavy metal contents of wild growing and edible mushrooms from Western Black Sea Region of Turkey(PARLAR SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS (P S P), 2007) Konuk, Muhsin; Afyon, Ahmet; Yagiz, DursunSeventeen minor elements (B, Ca, Co, Cu, Fe, Ga, In, K, Li, Mg, Mn, Na, P, Se, Tl, V, Zn) and eight heavy metals (Ag, Al, As, Cd, Cr, Ni, Pb, Sr) were determined in twenty three wild growing and edible mushrooms (Sarcosphaera crassa, Pluteus salicinus, Sarcodon leucopus, Russula delica, Cantharellus cibarius, Tricholoma fracticum, Morchella rotunda, Morchella vulgaris, Suillus luteus, Lactarius deliciosus, Morchella costata, Agrocybe aegerita, Morchella deliciosa, Helvella leucopus, Morchella umbrina, Morchella rigida, Ramaria flava, Lactarius salmonicolor, Armillaria mellea, Lactarius piperatus, Suillus variegatus, Lactarius intermedius, and Tricholoma portentosum) collected from the Western Black Sea Region of Turkey. All the analyses were carried out by use of ICP-AES apparatus. The obtained data were analyzed statistically by two-way ANOVA test. The results showed that there were statistically meaningful differences among the elements analyzed.Öğe Myxomycete flora of Derebucak (Konya) and Akseki (Antalya) districts in Turkey(MYCOTAXON LTD, 2006) Yagiz, Dursun; Afyon, AhmetThis study was based on myxomycete specimens collected from Derebucak (Konya) and Akseki (Antalya) district between 2002 and 2004. According to the "Natural" or "Moist Chamber Cultures" techniques, 47 taxa belonging to 17 genera from nine families have been identified. These taxa are listed in alphabetical order and provided in the result section. This list includes information on epithet, author, locality habitat, altitude, date, and herbarium number for each taxon.
