Abstract
Günümüzde, küreselleşen dünyada hem firmalar, hem de ülkeler için rekabet gücünü arttıran en önemli faktör teknolojidir. Çoğu zaman bu unsur firmaların stratejilerinde önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Son yıllarda teknolojinin transferi ise teknolojik yeniliğe ulaşmada en etkin yöntemlerden biri haline gelmiştir. Teknoloji transferi kısaca, karşılıklı ilgi konusu olan teknolojilerin ithalatı veya bir noktadan başka bir noktaya aktarılması olarak tanımlanabilir. Bu çalışmada teknoloji transferi ve teknoloji transferinde kullanılan yöntemler ile, ülkemizde teknoloji transfer sürecinin tarihsel gelişimi ele alınmış, bu kapsamda teknoloji transferi yöntemlerinden olan yabancı sermaye yatırımları ve üniversite-sanayi işbirliğinin bugünkü durumundan bahsedilmiştir.
Nowadays, companies and countries in a globalizing world and the increase in the power of technology is the most important factor for competition. In most cases, this element of the firms strategies is an important place. In recent years, transfer of technology to achieve technological innovation has become one of the most effective methods. Technology transfer in short, which is the subject of mutual interest or import of technologies can be defined as transferring from one point to another point. In this study the methods used for the transfer of technology and technology transfer, the historical development of the technology transfer process with our country, in this context, addressed the foreign capital investments and technology transfer methods in University-industry cooperation in its present state is referred to.
