Yetişkinlerde mobil sağlık ve kişisel sağlık kaydı yönetimine ilişkin görüşlerin değerlendirilmesi

| dc.description.abstract | Araştırmada yetişkinlerde mobil sağlık ve kişisel sağlık kaydı yönetimine dair görüşlerin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Kahramanmaraş merkezde yapılan bu çalışmada nicel araştırma deseni kullanılmıştır. Kolayda örneklem yöntemi kullanılarak yapılan bu araştırmaya 406 kişi dâhil olmuştur. Araştırmada, “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Mobil Sağlık Uygulamaları ve Kişisel Sağlık Kaydı Bakış Açısı Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Likert tarzı hazırlanan ölçek dört boyuttan oluşmaktadır (erişebilirlik, fayda sağlama, güvenilirlik, kullanılabilirlik). Araştırmada, tanımlayıcı istatistiklere, bağımsız gruplarda t testine, bağımsız gruplarda tek yönlü varyans (ANOVA) analizine yer verilmiştir. Araştırmaya dahil olan katılımcıların %57,6’sı erkek, %46,8’i 18-24 yaş grubunda, %55,9’u lisans mezunu ve %71,7’si düşük gelir seviyesindedir. Katılımcıların yarısından fazlası (%51,5) çalışmamakta, %41,4’ü ise il merkezinde yaşamaktadır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre cinsiyet, eğitim durumu ve medeni durum ile mobil sağlık uygulamaları ölçeği ve alt boyutları puan ortalamalar arasında istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmemiştir (p>0,05). Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, sağlık problemleriyle ilgili bilgi almak için internet kullananların oranı %55,2’dir. Araştırma sonuçları, mobil sağlık uygulamalarının erişilebilirlik, fayda sağlama, güvenilirlik ve kullanılabilirlik gibi boyutlarda olumlu değerlendirildiğini göstermektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the study is to evaluate the opinions of adults on mobile health and personal health record management. Quantitative research design was used in this study conducted in Kahramanmaraş city center. 406 people were included in this study conducted using easy sampling method. “Personal Information Form” and “Mobile Health Applications and Personal Health Record Perspective Scale” were used in the study. The Likert-style scale consists of four dimensions (accessibility, benefit, reliability, usability). Descriptive statistics, t-test in independent groups, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) in independent groups were used in the study. 57.6% of the participants included in the study were male, 46.8% were in the 18-24 age group, 55.9% were undergraduate graduates and 71.7% were low-income. More than half of the participants (51.5%) were unemployed and 41.4% lived in the city center. According to the findings obtained from the study, no statistically significant difference was found between the mean scores of the mobile health applications scale and its sub-dimensions with gender, education status and marital status (p>0.05). According to the research results, the rate of those who use the internet to get information about health problems is 55.2%. The research results show that mobile health applications are evaluated positively in terms of accessibility, benefit, reliability and usability. | |
