Patlıcan Kök Fungusları ve Rhizosfer Bakterileri Arasındaki Antibiosis İlişkinin Belirlenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmada patlıcan rizosfer bakterilerinin, patlıcanda kök bölgesinden izole edilen funguslara karşı in
vitro koşullarda antibiyosis etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Patlıcanın rizosfer bölgesinden
Fusarium solani, Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium proliferatum, Macrophomina phaseolina, Rhizoctonia
solani, Aspergillus nidulans, Aspergillus ochraceous ve Penicillum digitatum gibi funguslar izole
edilmiştir. Bu funguslara karşı yine patlıcan kök bölgesinden Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Stenotrophomonas,
Lycinibacillus, Staphylococcus, Enterobacter, Acinetobacter, Exiguobacterium cinslerine ait değişik
sayıda bakteri türleri izole edilerek in vitro etkinliklerine bakılmıştır. Farklı patlıcan üretim alanlarındaki
hasta ve sağlıklı bitkilerin rizosfer bölgelerinden alınan toprak örneklerinden 24 değişik bakteri türü izole
edilmiş ve 22 tanesi aday biyokontrol ajan olarak değerlendirilmiştir.Elde edilen sonuçlara göre Fusarium
solani‟ye karşı Bacillus thuringiensis %100, Bacillus subtilis %74,4, Bacillus cereus %53, Pseudomonas
chlororaphis %51 etkili; Fusarium oxysporum‟a karşı Pseudomonas putida %100, Pseudomonas
chlororaphis %100, Bacillus subtilis %88,8, Pseudomonas chlororaphis %85,5 ve Bacillus cereus %44,4
etkili; Fusarium proliferatum‟a karşı Bacillus subtilis %100, Bacillus cereus %100 ve Pseudomonas
chlororaphis %72,2 etkili; Aspergillus nidulans‟a karşı Bacillus subtilis ve Bacillus cereus %100 etkili;
Penicillum digitatum‟a karşı Bacillus subtilis %60 etkili; Aspergillus ochraceous‟a karşı Bacillus subtilis
%100 ve Acinetobacter vivianii %72,5 etkili; Rhizoctonia solani‟ye karşı Bacillus subtilis %42 etkili;
Macrophomina phaseolina‟ya karşı Bacillus thuringiensis %49,5 ve Bacillus cereus %59 oranlarında
etkili olmuştur.
In this study, it was aimed to determine the antibiosis effects of eggplant rhizosphere bacteria against fungi isolated from root region of eggplant in vitro conditions. Fungi such as Fusarium solani, Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium proliferatum, Macrophomina phaseolina, Rhizoctonia solani, Aspergillus nidulans, Aspergillus ochraceous and Penicillum digitatum were isolated from the rhizosphere of eggplant. Against these fungi, potential biocontrol agents such as Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Stenotrophomonas, Lycinibacillus, Staphylococcus, Enterobacter, Acinetobacter, Exiguobacterium, were isolated from the root region and investigated in vivo. 24 bacteria were isolated from soil samples taken from the rhizosphere regions of infected and uninfected plants in different eggplant production areas and 22 of them were evaluated as candidate biocontrol agents. According to the results of the research, Bacillus thuringiensis 100%, Bacillus subtilis 74.4%, Bacillus cereus 53%, Pseudomonas chlororaphis 51% effective against Fusarium solani; Pseudomonas putida 100%, Pseudomonas chlororaphis 100%, Bacillus subtilis 88.8%, Pseudomonas chlororaphis 85.5% and Bacillus cereus 44.4% against Fusarium oxysporum; Bacillus subtilis 100%, Bacillus cereus 100% and Pseudomonas chlororaphis 72.2% effective against Fusarium proliferatum; Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus cereus are 100% effective against Aspergillus nidulans; Bacillus subtilis 60% effective against Penicillum digitatum; Bacillus subtilis 100% and Acinetobacter vivianii 72.5% effective against Aspergillus ochraceous; Bacillus subtilis 42% effective against Rhizoctonia solani; Bacillus thuringiensis 49.5% and Bacillus cereus 59% were effective against Macrophomina phaseolina.
