| dc.description.abstract | Tez çalışması kapsamında, tarihi yapılarda yeniden işlevlendirme süreci ele alınmıştır. Koruma, restorasyon, renovasyon kavramları açıklandıktan sonra butik oteller üzerinden yapılan renovasyon çalışmaları incelenmiştir. Butik otel kavramıyla birlikte Konya'da konut işlevinden otel işlevine dönüştürülen geleneksel Konya Evi örneği olan Mevlana Civarında bulunan Hich Hotel analiz edilmiştir. Tez çalışması beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı ve yöntemi yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümde; genel kavramlar başlığı altında koruma, restorasyon, renovasyon ve butik otellerde renovasyon örneklerini anlatılmıştır. Her kavram tanımı bilimsel veriler üzerinden açıklanmıştır. Renovasyon kavramı başlığı altında iç mekanda renovasyon da yeni işleve göre oluşan fonksiyonlarda iç mekan korunmanın önemi anlatılmıştır. Butik otellerde renovasyon örneğinde; Four Seansons Hotel, A'jia Hotel ve Sumahan Otel'ine dönüştürülmesi ele alınmıştır. Tarihi yapıların, önceki ve sonraki işlevlerinin incelenmesi yapılmıştır. Ayrıca yapıların iç mekan tasarımlarında yapılan çözümler incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, butik otel kavramı, tasarımında olması gerekenleri ve dikkat edilecek faktörleri ele alınmıştır. Butik otel tasarımda renovasyon da oluşabilecek etkilerine yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca Konya'yı özetle coğrafyası ve iklimine yer verilerek, Konya'da bulunan butik oteller hakkında genel bilgi verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde, Konya-Karatay'da yer alan Mevlana Müzesi ve Asmalı Mescit Camii'sine komşu olan Hich Otel'in renovasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Otel olarak yeniden kullanılan Hich Otel'in konumu, yapının önceki ve sonraki durum analizi yapılmıştır. Ardından iç mekanda yapılan çözümlerin değerlendirilmesi, otel işleviyle ihtiyaca göre yapılan müdahaleleri proje üzerinden anlatılarak inceleme yapılmıştır. En son olarak da otelin işlevinde seçilen malzeme ve donatı değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Beşinci bölümde ise tez çalışmanın sonucu olarak butik otel olarak yeniden işlev kazandırılarak yaşama dönmüş tarihi yapıların işlev uyumunun önemli olduğunu ve iç mimari çözümlerinde renovasyondaki önemini bilimsel olarak ortaya konmuştur. Bu tez çalışması kapsamında incelenen, yeniden işlevlendirme çalışması bu alanda uygulanacak iç mimari projelere örnek teşkil edecek niteliktedir. Geleneksel Türk Evinin butik otele dönüşümü sürecinde, koruma ve sürdürülebilirlik özellikleri ele alınmıştır. Çevresi kültürel zenginliklerle dolu olan, fiziksel ömrü tükenen Türk Evlerinin yeniden işlevlendirilerek, geleceğe güvenli aktarılmasını sağlamak amaçlanmaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Within the scope of the thesis study, the re-functioning process in historical buildings was discussed. After explaining the concepts of conservation, restoration and renovation, renovation works carried out through boutique hotels were analysed. With the concept of boutique hotel, the Hich Hotel located around Mevlana Museum was analysed through the example of the traditional Konya House, which was transformed from a residence into a hotel function in Konya. The thesis consists of five chapters. The introduction part includes the aim, scope and method of the study. In the second part, conservation, restoration, renovation and boutique hotel renovations are explained under the title of general concepts. The definition of each concept is explained through scientific data. In the concept of renovation, the importance of preserving the interior in the functions created according to the new function under the title of renovation in the interior space is explained. In the case of renovation of boutique hotels, the transformation of Four Seasons Hotel, Ajia Hotel and Sumahan Hotel was discussed. Previous and later functions of historical buildings were examined. In addition, the analyses of the interior design of the structures were investigated. In the third part, the concept of boutique hotel, the necessities of boutique hotel design and the factors to be considered are discussed. The part also contains elements that can affect the renovation in the hotel design,. In addition, by giving a brief overview to the geography and climate of Konya, general information about boutique hotels in Konya was given. In the fourth chapter, renovation analysis of the Hich Hotel, which is adjacent to Mevlana Museum and Asmalı Masjid Mosque in Konya-Karatay, was carried out. Location of the Hich Hotel that was re-used as a hotel, the previous status of the building and the current situation analysis were made. Afterwards, the evaluation of the solutions made in the interior, the hotel function and the interferences made according to the needs were explained through the project. Lastly, the selected materials and equipment were evaluated. Moreover, in the fifth chapter, as a result of the thesis, the functional adaptation of the historical buildings brought into life by reintroducing as a boutique hotel and the importance of the renovation in interior architectural solutions have been scientifically revealed. Within the scope of this thesis, the re-functioning study will be an example of the interior architecture projects to be applied in this field. The conservation and sustainability features of the traditional Turkish house in the process of transformation into a boutique hotel were discussed. It is aimed to enable Turkish Houses, which are full of cultural richness and whose physical life is exhausted, to be re-functionalized and to be transferred safely to the future. | en_US |
