Özet
Bu çalışmada iktisat ve siyaset tarihinde ”Felaket Çağı” olarak nitelendirilen 1918-1945
döneminin ekonomik, siyasi ve sosyal açıdan dünya denge oluşumları ve merkez kaymaları
incelenmektedir. Bu çalışma dört kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm giriştir. İkinci kısımda,
1918’den 1929’a kadar geçen dönemde Büyük Buhran ve oluşan denge değişimleri üzerinde
durulmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde 1929-1939 arasında ekonomik, politik ve sosyal açıdan dünya
ekonomik krizinin etkileri ve İkinci Dünya savaşı’na giden sürece bu dönemin etkileri
incelenecektir. Son bölümde ise çalışma özetlenmektedir.
In this paper world forces-balance formations and centre shifts are examined from the economic, politic and social vision in the period of 1918-1945, which is called as Catastrophe Age in the both economy and politics history. The paper is formed by four parts. The first part is part on introduction. In the second part , it will be dwelled on the period from 1918 to 1929 Great Crisis and the balances which was formed. In the third part, the effects of the World Economic Crisis between 1929 and 1939 from the economic, politic and social vision and the formation of the economic and politic balances 1939-1944 after Great Crisis and the reasons of the second World War will be examined. In the last part, the paper is summerized.
