| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, psikolojik sermayenin iş performansı üzerindeki etkisi analiz edilmektedir. Nevşehir ilinde faaliyet gösteren bir kamu hastanesinde çalışanları kapsayan örneklemde yer alan 278 çalışandan anket tekniğiyle veri toplanmış ve değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; psikolojik sermayenin alt boyutları olan özyeterlilik ve iyimserliğin iş performansı üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu, buna karşın umut ve dayanıklılığın iş performansı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the study is to determine the effect of employees’ psychological capital (self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resiliency) on work performance. The sample consists of 278 employees working in a public hospital in Nevsehir. According to the results of the regression analysis, self-efficacy and optimism had a significant and positive effect on work performance, hope and resiliency had no significant effect on work performance. | en_US |
