Özet
Bu çalışma Elazığ bölgesinde kesilen hayvanların dokularındaki kadmiyum ve kurşun düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Elazığ bölgesinde kesilen 78 hayvandan toplanan toplam 234 et ve organ örneğinde Atomik Absorpsiyon Spektrofotometrik yöntem kullanılarak kadmiyum ve kurşun düzeyleri belirlendi. Sığırların kas, karaciğer ve böbreklerinde sırasıyla kadmiyum düzeylerinin 0.00-0.38, 0.02- 0.64, 0.14-2.92 µg/g. kurşun düzeylerinin ise 0.00- 1.60, 0.00-1.30 ve 0.00-1.40 µg/g olduğu belirlendi. Koyunların kas, karaciğer ve böbreklerinde kadmiyum düzeylerinin sırasıyla 0.00-0, 50, 0.00-0.36, 0.00-1.74 µg/g, kurşun düzeylerinin ise 0.00-1.60, 0.00-1.30 ve 0.00-1.30 µg/ g arasında değiştiği tespit edildi. Sonuç olarak örneklerde belirlenen kadmijum ve kurşun düzeylerinin bu ürünleri tüketenlerde sağlık açısından bir sakınca oluşturmayacak düzeyde olduğu anlaşıldı.
The aim of this study was to determine levels of cadmium and lead in meat, liver and kidney of animals slaughtered in Elazığ region. Cadmium and lead levels were determined in 234 meat and tissue samples obtained from 78 slaughtered animals. A graphite furnace AAS method was used for determination of cadmium and lead in tissue samples. It was determined that cadmium levels in meat, liver and kidney of cattle ranged from 0. 00 to 0. 38, 0. 02-0.64, 0.14-2. 92 µg/g, those of lead 0.00-1.60, 0.00-1.30, 0.00-1. 40 µg/g, respectively. It was determined that cadmium levels in meat, liver and kidney of sheeps ranged from 0.00 to 0.50, 0.00-0.36, 0.00-1.74 µg/g, those of lead 0.00-1.60, 0.00-1.30 and 0.00-1.30 µg/g, respectively. It was concluded that the levels of cadmium and lead in the samples would not be able to give risc any side effects in human.
