dc.description.abstractDünyada birçok kullanım alanı bulunan bilgi sistemleri insanlığa önemli ölçüde hizmet etmektedir. Bilgi sistemlerinin avantajlarından değerleme bilimi kapsamında yararlanabilmek mümkündür. Belirli bir standardı olmayan taşınmaz değerlemesinde sistem yaklaşımı ile işlem yapılması birçok açıdan kolaylık sağlayacaktır. Mekan, zaman ve insan bileşenlerini ön plana çıkaran ve bilgi toplanmasını, sınıflandırılmasını, paylaşımını kolaylaştıran Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri (CBS), taşınmaz değerlemesi çalışmalarına uygun yapıdadır. Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri sayesinde taşınmaz değerleme çalışmalarının belli bir standart ile daha kolay ve kısa sürede gerçekleşebileceği ve taşınmazlar için daha objektif değerler belirlenebileceği düşünülmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractInformation Systems getting a wide using of fields in world serve significantly to humanity. It can possible to benefit from advantages of information systems in the context of appraisal science. Having an indefinite standard in real estate appraisal provides facilities to process by system approach. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) are suitable structure for real estate appraisal studies because of the bringing space, time and human correlations into the foreground and also easing collection, classification and sharing of data. It is considered that real estate appraisal studies can be realized with a definite standard not only easier but also shorter time and also determined more objective values for real estates by using of GIS.en_US
