Özet
Sesin ölçümünü konu alan bu çalışmada; sesin iletimi ve sesin yayılmasına etki eden fiziksel çevre faktörleri, gürültünün insan sağlığı üzerindeki önemi ile gürültünün ölçüm yöntemleri ele alınmıştır. Konya'nın çeşitli caddelerinde trafik gürültü düzeyi ölçüm çalışmaları esnasında standart ölçüm seti olarak PS 103 marka sonometre kullanılmıştır. Yapmış olduğumuz çalışma sonucunda elde ettiğimiz değerleri, Gürültü Kontrol Yönetmeliğinin değerleri ile karşılaştırdığımızda, bizim ölçüm değerlerimizin yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Bu nedenle Konya'da gürültünün insan sağlığını etkileyecek düzeyde olduğu, çalışmamızın sonuç ve öneri kısmında açıklamaya çalıştık.
This study intended to measure voice and investigates conductivity of voice, physical and environmental factors that effective on the spreading of noise, its effects on the human life and different techniques of the noise measurements. PS 103 sonometer was used as a standard measuring set during the measurement of traffic noise on various streets of Konya. It was seen that the results of our measurements is higher than the Noise Control Regulation standards. Therefore, we have started that the noise in Konya is at a critical level in concerning of human life, in the chapter of the results and suggestions of the thesis.
