Özet
Çalışmada tam diallel analiz metoduyla melezlenmiş olan 2 adet tescilli çeşit ve 3 adet bezelye saf
hattından elde edilen 20 F₁ bezelye melezlerinin genetik yapıları, GKK, ÖKK ve heterosisleri
belirlemişlerdir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre tane verimi ile incelenen diğer özelliklerde GKK ve ÖKK
etkilerinin önemli ve tüm özelliklerin kalıtımında eklemeli olmayan gen etkisinin ve üstün dominaslığın
önemli olduğunu tespit edilmiştir. Bezelyede tane verimi için en uygun ebeveynlerin Rondo ve Ultrillo
genotipleri, en uygun melezin kombinasyonunun ise “Rondo x Ultrillo”, “PS3057 x PS4028”, “PS3057 x
PS3055”, “Ultrillo x Rondo” ve “PS3055 x PS4028” olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada genelde F1
melezlerinin daha yüksek tane verimine sahip olduklarını belirlenmiştir. İncelenen tüm özelliklerde bazı
melez kombinasyonların yüksek heterosis gösterdiklerini tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmada tüm
özelliklerin genelde yüksek geniş anlamda kalıtım derecesine ve düşük dar anlamda kalıtım derecesine
sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir. Buda bize araştırmada incelene tüm özelliklerin çevreden çok fazla
etkilendiğini göstermektedir. Sonuç olarak bezelyede tane veriminin kalıtımının çok sayıda gen tarafından
idare edildiği düşünüldüğünde seleksiyonun da zor olduğu görülmektedir.
In the study, genetic structures, GCA, SCA and heterosis of 20 F₁ pea hybrids obtained from 2 registered cultivars and 3 pea pure lines crossed by full diallel analysis method were determined. According to the results of the study, it was determined that the effects of GCA and SCA are important in seed yield and other traits examined, and non-additive gene effect and overdominance are important in the inheritance of all traits. It was determined that the most suitable parents for seed yield in pea were Rondo and Ultrillo genotypes, and the most suitable hybrid combination was “Rondo x Ultrillo”, “PS3057 x PS4028”, “PS3057 x PS3055”, “Ultrillo x Rondo” and “PS3055 x PS4028”. In this study, it was determined that F1 hybrids generally had higher seed yield. It was determined that some hybrid combinations showed high heterosis in all the traits examined. In addition, it was determined that all traits generally had high broad sense heredity and low narrow sense heredity. This situation showed us that all the features examined in the study were very much affected by the environment. As a result, selection was also difficult, considering the inheritance of seed yield in peas was governed by a large number of genes.
