| dc.description.abstract | Konut ihtiyacının eksik karşılanması ya da hiç karşılanamaması anlamana gelen konut sorunu, ülkelerin sosyo-ekonomik yapılarına ve politik sistemlerine göre değişik boyutlar kazanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, Türkiye'de konut yokluğundan kaynaklanan bir konut sorunundan çok düşük nitelikli konut üretiminden kaynaklanan bir konut sorunu yaşanmaktadır. Bu nedenle, kentsel dönüşüm projeleri konut ve çevre niteliğinin artırılmasında son yıllarda yaygın bir şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Ancak merkezi yönetim ve yerel yönetimlerin işbirliğinde geliştirilen kentsel dönüşüm projelerinin başarısı aynı zamanda yerel halkın projelere katılım ve desteğinin sağlanmasına bağlı görülmektedir.Kentsel dönüşüm olgusunu sadece İstanbul ve Ankara'daki projeler üstünden tartışmak orta ölçekli bir çok kentte yaşanan kentsel dönüşüm süreçlerinin değerlendirilmesinde yetersiz kalmaktadır. Bu kapsamda çalışmanın amacı Konya ili Hacı İsa Efendi ve Yenice mahallelerinde gerçekleştirilen kentsel dönüşüm projelerinin konut ve çevre niteliği üzerindeki etkilerini, yerel halkın projeler hakkındaki tutum ve düşüncelerini, projelere katılım ve destek davranışlarını bilimsel olarak ortaya koymak; buna uygun değerlendirme ve analizlerde bulunularak öneriler geliştirmektir. Çalışma, Konya ilinde TOKİ ve yerel yönetimlerin işbirliğinde gerçekleştirilen tek kentsel dönüşüm projesi olması nedeniyle Hacı İsa Efendi ve Yenice mahalleleriyle sınırlandırılmıştır. Çalışma verilerinin elde edilmesinde literatür taraması, gözlem, görüşme ve anket yöntemlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS (Statistical Packages for the Social Sciences- Sosyal Bilimler için İstatistik Paketi) programı kullanılarak frekans analizi ve çapraz tablo analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, kentsel dönüşüm projelerinin uygulandıkları mahallelerde konut ve çevre kalitesini artırdığı, diğer yandan, konut ve çevre kalitesindeki olumlu gelişimin; katılımcıların kentsel dönüşüm projesi hakkındaki olumlu kanaatleri ve projelere katılımlarının sağlanmasının projeleri destekleme davranışlarını da olumlu yönde etkilediği görülmüştür. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The dwelling problem meaning; the insufficient fulfillment or none fulfillment of dwelling requirement, has various dimension according to the socio – economical structures and political systems of countries. In this context, in Turkey, there is a dwelling problem based on low qualified dwelling production rather than the absence of dwelling. For this reason, the urban transformation projects have been widespread used in increasing the quality of dwellings and environment in recent years. However, it is seen that the success of the urban transformation projects developed in the cooperation of central government and local governments is depended on the maintenance of local people's participation and support. It insufficient to discuss the urban transformation fact only upon the ones in İstanbul and Ankara in the evaluation of urban transformation processes in many medium sized cities. In this context, the aim of this study is to expose scientifically the effects of the urban transformation projects applied in Konya Hacı İsa Efendi and Yenice suburbs on the quality of dwellings and environment, the attitudes and thoughts, participation and support behaviors of the local people about the projects and develop suggestions by making analyses and evaluations according to this information. The study is limited to Hacı İsa Efendi and Yenice suburbs because it is the only urban transformation project realized in the cooperation of TOKİ and local governments in Konya. The methods of literature overview, observation, interview and public survey are used in the study to collect data. This data is analyzed by the frequency and correspondence analyses of SPSS (Statistical Packages for the Social Sciences) program. In the result of the study, it is determined that the urban transformation projects increase the quality of dwelling and environment in the districts they were applied and on the other hand, it is seen that the positive development in the dwelling and environment quality, the maintenance of the users' participation in the projects and their positive opinions about the urban transformation project affected their support behaviors for the projects in a positive way. | en_US |
