Özet
Sanat egitiminin, bireyin kisilik olusturma asamasında etkin rolü günümüz egitim sisteminde kabul edilebilir bir noktaya gelmistir. Her bireyin ögrenme kapasitesinin farklılıgı gerçekliginin yanında çocukluk yıllarında ortaya çıkan huy ayırımları çocugun plastik ugraslarına tamamıyla yansımaktadır. Bu ayırımlar belirli gruplar içinde sınıflanabilecek kadar ipuçları vermektedir. Bunun yanı sıra sanat egitimi, resmi çocugun bir anlatım aracı olarak kullanmasını saglayabilmekte, çocugun kendisiyle dıs dünyası arasında bir araç olarak onun iç dünyasını kesfetmek için ideal bir teknik olarak degerlendirebilmektedir. Çocugun, gencin, yetiskinin sanatsal egitimini saglamak sanat egitmeninin temel amacıdır. Basta okul olmak üzere aile, çevre çocuk için sanat egitimi anlamında ön plandaki egitim ortamlarıdır. Sanat egitiminin basarıyla uygulanabilirligi asamasında sadece sanat egitmenine sorumluluk yüklemek oldukça yanlıstır. Çocugun her gelisim döneminde oldugu gibi resim gelisimde de geçirdigi asamaları takip etmek ve bu asamaları göz önüne alarak egitimi sürdürmek gereklidir. letisim aracı olarak resmin önemini vurgularken illüstrasyonun önceligini göz ardı etmemek gereklidir. Duygu, düsünce ve fikirlerin resimle ifade edilmesi illüstrasyonun en basit tanımı olarak düsünülebilir. Bu tanım karsılıgının da diyebiliriz ki kullandıgımız gıda maddeleri, reklam, duyuru amaçlı afisler dahil olmak üzere günlük yasantımızda illüstrasyonu görmek mümkündür. Sanat egitiminde yazı ile beraber kullanılan illüstrasyonlar ögrenci için hem ilgi çekici hem de motive edicidir. Problem çözme sürecinde tartısmanın odak noktası olabilmektedir. llüstrasyonlar anlatılmak istenen sözel düsüncelerin kavrama düzeyini arttırabilirler. Gerçeklestirdigimiz arastırmada öncelikle sanat egitiminin önemi, gerekliligi vurgulanmıstır. llüstrasyon un tanımına genis kapsamlı deginilerek düsüncenin ifadesi baglamında sanat egitimi içinde kullanılabilirligine deginilmistir. llüstrasyon çalısması kapsamında kitap kapagı tasarımı hakkında bilgi verilmis çalısmaya katılan ilkögretim 1. ve 2. kademe ögrencilerine kitap kapagı tasarımı uygulaması yapılmıstır. Ögrenciler dönem özellikleri itibariyle sanat egitmeni tarafından sunulan masal örnegini kitap kapagı tasarısı seklinde uygulamıslardır. Çalısmanın uygulandıgı ögrenciler sunulan anket sorularını cevaplayarak sanat egitimiyle, sanat egitimi ortamlarıyla ilgili görüs ve düsüncelerini açıkça ifade etmislerdir. Anket sonucunda yüzdelik dilimlere bakıldıgında ögrencilerin sanat ve sanat egitimine pozitif yönde yaklastıkları, gelecek egitimlerinde sanat egitimini göz önünde aldıkları görülebilmektedir.
The effective role of the art education at the personality formation of the individual has reached to an acceptable point in our education system. As well as the realty of the variation with the learning capacity of every individual, the temperament discriminations which appear during the childhood years completely reflect to the palstic endeavors of a child. These discriminations attribute as much hints as to be classified within certain groups. Beside all these, the art education can provide the art as a expression media of a child and be evaluated as an ideal technique to discover the inner world using a media between the child and his outer world. Providing the artistic education of a child, a young person and an adult is the basic objective of an art instructor. Mainly the school, the family and the environment are the most important educational environments in the sense of the art education. It is quite wrong to burden the responsibility to the art instruction only at the stage of the applicability of the art education successfully. It is necessary to follow the stages experienced during the art development just like every growing period of a child as well and maintain the education by taking these stages into consideration. It is necessary not to undervalue the priority of illustration emphasizing the importance of the art as a media of communication. The expression of the emotions, opinions and ideas through the art can be thought the simplest description of the illustration. In response to this description, we can say that it is possible to see the illustration in our daily life including foodstuff we use, advertisement, posters with the notice purpose. The illustrations to be used together with the writing in the art education both attract attention and motivating. It may be a focusing point of the discussion at the problem solving process. The illustrations may increase the comprehension level of the oral opinions to be expressed. In the study that we have realized, mainly the importance and necessity of the art education is emphasized. The usability of the thoughts within the art education in the context of its expression is mentioned referring to the description of the illustration comprehensively. The information related to the book cover designing within the scope of the illustration works and the book cover design application was performed with the primary school 1st and 2nd class students who participated to the work. The students have applied the fairy tale example which was presented as of their semester nature by the art instruction as the book cover design. The students to whom the work was applied have expressed their views and opinions related to the art education and the environment of the art education clearly by answering the survey questions directed to the students. When looked at the percentage pies at the end of the survey, it can be seen that the students approach to the at and art education positively and take the art education into consideration in their education in the future
