dc.description.abstractBu çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; konuya ait literatür özeti verilmiştir, ikinci bölümde; Fibonacci, Lucas ve genelleştirilmiş Fibonacci sayılar, dairesel matris ve norm tanımları, özellikleri ve aralarındaki bazı bağıntılar verilmiştir, üçüncü bölümde ise Fibonacci ve Lucas elemanlı dairesel matrisler için bulunmuş olan sonuçlardan yararlanılarak, genelleştirilmiş Fibonacci katsayılı dairesel matrislerin normlarının alt ve üst sınırları bulunmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study consists of three sections. In the first section, it has given the brief of literature related to this subject. In the second section, it has given definition of Fibonacci, Lucas and generalized Fibonacci numbers, the circulant matrix and the norm, some relations between them, in the third section; Using to from obtained results for Fibonacci and Lucas coefficients circulant matrices, it has examined the lower and upper bounds the norms of the circulant matrices with generalized fibonacci numbers coefficients.en_US
