| dc.description.abstract | Araştırma dört-altı yaş arası okul öncesi çocuklarının yetersiz ve dengesiz beslenme alışkanlıklarını belirlemek amacıyla yazılmıştır. Konya iline bağlı Ereğli ilçesinde bağımsız bir anaokulunda yürütülmüştür. Araştırma 34 tane öğrenci velisi ile yapılmıştır. rastgele seçilen 17 deney 17 kontrol grubuna ayrılmıştır. Velilere çocukların beslenme davranışları ve ailelerin bilgisini içeren anketler verilerek beslenme alışkanlıkları tespit edilmiştir. Deney grubunda bir ay süreyle beslenme eğitimi verilmiştir. Kontrol grubuna ise beslenme eğitimi verilmemiştir. Bu süreç sonunda tekrar aynı anket dağıtılarak tekrar yapılmıştır. Ön test ve son test sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesinde bağımlı örneklem t-testi, deney ve kontrol gruplarının ikili değerlendirmesinde ise bağımsız örneklem t-testi kullanılmıştır. Anlamlılık düzeyi, her iki test grubunda da 0,05 olarak alınmıştır. Yorumlamalar grafik ve şekillerle açıklanmıştır. Yapılan istatistiksel analizler, SPSS15.0 paket programı ile değerlendirilmiştir. iii Araştırmanın sonunda ise Eğitim verilen aileler ve verilmeyen aileler arasında anlamlı farklar bulunmuştur. Okul öncesi kurumlarında beslenme ile ilgili verilen eğitimin olumlu yönde etkisi olacağı tespit edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study is carried out at an independent pre-school in Ereğli Konya in order to determine the insufficient and unbalanced eating behaviours of 4-6 years old children. This research is studied with 34 parents.The participants are set randomly and seperated equally in 17 experimental group and 17 control group. Questionnaires are given to the participants which are about their knowledge level and their childrens eating behaviours to determine the general eating habits.During 1 month, nourishment education program applied to the experimental group .On the other hand any education is given to the control group.At the end of this process the same questionnaire is performed to the both group again. Dependent sampled t-test used for the evaluation of pre-test and post-test beside this independent sampled t-test used for the evaluation of control and experiment group.Knowledge level is determined as 0.05 for both test group. All comments are explained with graphics and images.Study is evaluated statistically with SPSS 15.0 package program. At the result of the study; significiant differences are presented between the parents which are included to the parental guided nourishment education program and non-included group.Also it is find out that the trainig can have positive effects at the pre-school institutes. | |
