Abstract
Bu çalışma 14-16 yaş grubu futbolcularda intensiv interval antrenman metodunun aerobik ve anaerobik güçlerine etkisini araştırmak amacı ile yapılmıştır. Çalışmaya 60 sporcu gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Deney grubunu oluşturan 30 futbolcuya 10 hafta boyunca haftada üç gün ortalama birer saat intensiv interval antrenman metodu uygulanırken, 30 kişiden oluşan kontrol grubu ise normal antrenmanlarına devam etmiştir. Her iki grupta bulunan sporcuların aerobik güçleri cooper testi, anaerobik güçleri dikey sıçrama testi ile belirlenmiştir. Çalışma sonunda deney grubunun aerobik güçlerinde anlamlı bir farklılık bulunurken (p0.05). Kontrol grubunu oluşturan sporcuların aerobik ve anaerobik güçlerinde ise anlamlı bir farklılığa rastlanmamıştır (p0.05). Sonuç olarak; intensiv interval antrenman metodunun 14-16 yaş futbolcuların aerobik kapasitelerinde olumlu bir etkisi olduğu söylenebilir
This study has been done to investigate the effect of intensity interval training on aerobic and anaerobic power in football players aged 14-16. 60 athletes participated in this study voluntarily. While the method of intensity interval training was applied to 30 football players in the experimental group on average for 1 hour in 3 days per week during 10 weeks, the control group of 30 persons went on doing normal training. In both groups athletes’ aerobic power was measured with Cooper test and their anaerobic power was determined by jumpingtest. As a result of this study, no significant difference was found in the anaerobic power (p0.05) while there was a significant difference in the aerobic power of the experimental group (p0.05). In conclusion, it can be said that the method of intensity interval training has a positive effect on the aerobic capacity for football players aged 14-16
