Abstract
Çalışma Atatürk dönemi Türkiye Azerbaycan ilişkilerini ayrıntılı olarak araştırmaktadır. Türkiye Azerbaycan ilişkilerinin siyasal, ekonomik, diplomatik ve sosyal-kültürel yönleri kapsamlı olarak analiz edilmektedir. Bu bağlamda, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin kurucusu Atatürk'ün, çöküş sürecinde bulunan Osmanlı imparatorluğunda milli birliği sağlayıp, Türkiye'yi nasıl kurtardığı incelenmektedir. Türk Kurtuluş Savaşı döneminde, Azerbaycan'ın lideri Nerimanov'un, başta Azerbaycan olmak üzere, diğer Türk Cumhuriyetlerinde oluşturduğu dayanışma ve bu yardımlaşmadan doğan kardeş desteği irdelenmektedir. Azerbaycan'ın milli kahramanı olan Nerimanov, Bakü'deki olası ulusal katliamı önlemiş, Türk dünyasının kalkınması için mantıklı siyaset üretmiş, hem de Lenin'i Türkiye'ye yardıma ikna eden şahıs olmaktadır. Çalışma, esasen Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti'nin Merkezi Devlet Arşivindeki orijinal tarihi belge ve bilgilerin incelenmesi sonucunda hazırlanmıştır.
This study investigates Turkey Azerbaijan relations during Ataturk's period in detail. Turkey Azerbaijan relations' political, economical, diplomatic and social-cultural directions has been analysed in a comprehensive shape. In this context, this research examines how Ataturk rescues Turkey as a founder of the Turkey Republic and constitutes the national unity within an Ottoman Empire's collapse process. In the Turkish Salvation Struggle period, Azerbaijan's leader Nerimanov has been formed the solidarity between Turkey and Azerbaijan. This collaboration bounced from Azerbaijan to another Turkish States and collected support successfully transmitted to the Turkey. Azerbaijan's national hero Nerimanov stopped probable national massacre in Baku, invented logical politics for the Turkish World's improvement and persuaded Lenin for support Turkey. This dissertation actually prepared as result of investigation of an original historical documents' records, which discovered at Azerbaijan Republic's Central State Archive.
