Türk televizyon dizilerinde suç ve adalet olgusu: Kanıt dizisi örneği

Suç ve adalet kavramları, televizyon programları aracılığıyla yeniden inşa edilmektedir. Haber programları, araştırma programları, diziler bu konuda suçu ve adaleti temsil yoluyla inşa eden programlar arasında dikkat çekmektedir. Suçun ve adaletin televizyonlarda temsili, genellikle işlenen bir suça karşılık adaletin yerini bulması şeklinde gerçekleşecek olay örgüsüne sahiptir. Suçu ve adaleti konu alan dizilerin birçoğunda ise adaletin her zaman hukuki bir iradeyle sağlanmadığı görülmektedir. Suç ve adalet kavramlarının en çok yer bulduğu televizyon programları ise polisiye diziler olmaktadır. Çoğu polisiye dizide suçlularla anlaşmaya bile gidildiği görülmektedir. Bu tür polisiye yapımların yanında adaletin yasal yolla sağlanması gerektiği mesajını veren polisiye belgesel nitelikli diziler de bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, polisiye belgesel türünde ele alınabilecek olan "Kanıt" dizisinin suçu ve adaleti temsil ediş şekli incelenecektir.

Crime and justice concepts are being rebuilt through television programs. Newcasts, research programs, serials are coming to the forefront among programs that build concepts of crime and justice through representation in this regard. Representation of crime and justice on television, has the plotline that will usually take the form of justice for a crime committed. In the most of the serials that are about crime and justice, it is seen that justice has not always been secured by a legal will. On the other hand, television programs that concepts of crime and justice take place are detective serials. As a matter of fact, it is seen that in the most of the detective serials agreements are applied. In addition to these detective productions, there are detective documentary nature serials that give the message that justice should be served in a legitimate way. In this work, the way of representation of crime and justice of the serial 'Kanıt' which can be considered as the type of detective documentary will be examined.
