Özet
In this work, we will design a fuzzy ballot paper (FBP) in order to obtain a more suitable election system based on the fuzzy sets. This new system gives the voter a chance to vote for less supported candidates. The voting procedures and use of the equipments of the FBP are easy for voters to use and understand. FBP reduces problems with mismarked ballots, disputed results and recounts.
