Özet
Bu araĢtırma güreĢ federasyonunda görevli hakemlerin algıladıkları örgütsel adalet, örgütsel
destek, örgüt kültürü ve psikolojik sermaye arasındaki iliĢkinin Yapısal EĢitlik Modeli ile incelenmesi
amacıyla ele alınmıĢtır. AraĢtırma, nicel veri analizi yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleĢtirilmiĢtir.
AraĢtırmanın örneklem grubunu Örgüt Kültürü Değerlendirme Ölçeği‟nin güreĢ hakemleri
özelinde Türk kültürüne uyarlanabilmesi için araĢtırmaya gönüllü katılan 2020-2021 sezonunda aktif
olarak görev yapan 132 ve araĢtırmanın amacı doğrultusunda ise 204 güreĢ hakemi oluĢturmaktadır.
Kolayda örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak anket tekniği ile veriler toplanmıĢ, toplanan veriler ise SPSS
ve LISREL programları ile analiz edilmiĢtir.
AraĢtırmanın değiĢkenlerini ölçmek amacı ile; Niehoff ve Moorman (1993) tarafından
geliĢtirilen Gürbüz ve Mert (2009) tarafından Türkçe‟ye uyarlanması yapılan Örgütsel Adalet Ölçeği,
Eisenberger ve ark (1986) tarafından geliĢtirilen ve Türkçeye uyarlaması Akkoç ve ark (2012)
tarafından yapılan Algılanan Örgütsel Destek Ölçeği, Luthans ve ark (2007a) tarafından geliĢtirilip
Çetin ve Basım (2012) tarafından Türkçe‟ye uyarlaması yapılan Psikolojik Sermaye Ölçeği ve son
olarak Cameron ve Quinn (2006) tarafından geliĢtirilen ve araĢtırmacı tarafından Türk kültürüne
uyarlanan Örgüt Kültürü Değerlendirme Ölçeği kullanılmıĢtır.
AraĢtırma ölçüm modelini doğrulamak amacıyla yapılan Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi
sonucunda standardize edilmiĢ katsayılar Örgütsel Destek 0.65 ile 0.85, Örgütsel Adalet için 0.71 ile
0.92, Örgüt Kültürü için 0.79 ile 0.92 ve Psikolojik Sermaye için0.51ile 0.95 arasında olduğu tespit
edilmiĢtir. Ölçüm modeli doğrulandıktan sonra yapılsal modelin doğrulanması aĢamasına geçilmiĢtir.
Yapısal modele ait X2/Sd derecesinin 2.35 (197.51/84) olduğu tespit edilmiĢtir. Aynı zamanda yapısal
modele iliĢkin uyum iyiliği değerleri incelendiğinde ise RFI 0.94, IFI 0.97, CFI 0.97, NNFI 0.96, NFI
0.95 olduğu tespit edilmiĢtir.
Elde edilen veriler; kiĢisel bilgiler ve tanımlayıcı istatistiklerin analizi, ölçüm modeli ve
yapısal modelin test için yapısal eĢitlik modeli (YEM) uygulanmıĢtır. Yapısal eĢitlik modellemesi ile
test edilen teorik yapı sonucunda, yapısal eĢitlik modelinde mükemmel seviyede uyum değerlerine
ulaĢılmıĢ; güreĢ hakemlerinin örgütsel adaletin psikolojik sermaye üzerinde herhangi bir etkisi
belirlenmezken, örgütsel adaletin örgüt kültürü ve örgütsel destek üzerinde, örgüt kültürünün örgütsel
destek ve psikolojik sermaye üzerinde ve son olarak örgütsel desteğin psikolojik sermaye üzerinde
doğrudan pozitif etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiĢtir.
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between organizational justice, organizational support, organizational culture and psychological capital perceived by the referees in charge of the wrestling federation with the Structural Equation Model. The research was carried out using quantitative data analysis method. The sample group of the study consists of 132 wrestling referees actively working in the 2020-2021 season who volunteered to participate in the research in order to adapt the Organizational Culture Assessment Scale to Turkish culture specific to wrestling referees and 204 wrestling referees in line with the purpose of the research. The data were collected with the survey technique using the convenience sampling method, and the collected data were analyzed with SPSS and LISREL programs. In order to measure the variables of the research; Organizational Justice Scale developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993) and adapted into Turkish by Gürbüz and Mert (2009), Perceived Organizational Support Scale developed by Eisenberger et al. (1986) and adapted into Turkish by Akkoç et al. (2012), Psychological Capital Scale developed by Luthans et al. (2007a) and adapted into Turkish by Çetin and Basım (2012) and finally Organizational Culture Rating Scale developed by Cameron and Quinn (2006) and adapted into Turkish culture by the researcher. As a result of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis conducted to confirm the measurement model of the research, the standardized coefficients were found to be between 0.65 and 0.85 for Organizational Support, 0.71 and 0.92 for Organizational Justice, 0.79 and 0.92 for Organizational Culture and 0.51 and 0.95 for Psychological Capital. After the measurement model was verified, the verification of the structural model was started. The X2/Sd of the structural model was found to be 2.35 (197.51/84). At the same time, when the goodness of fit values for the structural model were analyzed, RFI 0.94, IFI 0.97, CFI 0.97, NNFI 0.96, NFI 0.95 were found. The data obtained; personal information and descriptive statistics analysis, measurement model and structural equation modeling (SEM) were applied to test the structural model. As a result of the theoretical structure tested with structural equation modeling, excellent fit values were reached in the structural equation model; while no effect of organizational justice on psychological capital of wrestling referees was determined, it was determined that organizational justice has a direct positive effect on organizational culture and organizational support, organizational culture has a direct positive effect on organizational support and psychological capital and finally organizational support has a direct positive effect on psychological capital.
