Bisbenzimidazol bileşiklerinin mikrodalga yolu ile sentezi ve bazı metal komplekslerinin incelenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmada çıkış maddesi olarak Okzalik asit kullanıldı. Literatürde verilen metodlardan faydalanılarak asit katalizörlüğünde mikrodalga yardımı ile 3,4-Diamino benzoik asit, 4-metil-1,2-fenilendiamin ve 4-kloro-1,2-fenilendiamin okzalik asit ile reaksiyonuyla, sırasıyla 2,2'-bisbenzimidazol-5,6'-dikarboksilik asit (BIMCA), 2,2'-bisbenzimidazol-5,6'-dimetil (BIMM), 2,2'-bisbenzimidazol-5,6'-diiyod (BIMI) elde edildi. Daha sonra Etanollü ortamda çözülmüş ligandlara yine etanolde çözülmüş Co(CH3COO)2.2H2O, Ni(CH3COO)2.4H2O ve Cu(CH3COO)2.4H2O ilave edilerek koordine olmuş kompleksler elde edildi. 2,2'-bisbenzimidazol-5,6'-dikarboksilik asit (BIMCA) ile [{Fe(salen)}2O] Schiff baz ligand kompleks ile yeni benzimidazol içerikli çift oksijen ile koordine olmuş [BIMCA{Fe(salen)}] ligand kompleksleri elde edildi. Daha sonra elde edilen [BIMCA{Fe(salen)}] ligand kompleksi ile Co(CH3COO)2.2H2O, Ni(CH3COO)2.4H2O ve Cu(CH3COO)2.4H2O heteronükleer kompleksleri sentezlendi. Sonuç olarak, üç farklı ligand, 1 ligand kompleks ve bu üç ligandın Co(II), Ni(II) ve Cu(II) kompleksleri ile 2,2'-bisbenzimidazol-5,6'-dikarboksilik asit (BIMCA) ligandının [{Fe(salen)}2O] ile Co(II), Ni(II) ve Cu(II) heteronükleer kompleksleri izole edildi. Elde edilen bileşiklerin elementel analizleri, FT-IR, 1H-NMR ve manyetik süsseptibilite ölçümleri alınarak yapıları aydınlatıldı. In this study, oxcalice acide synthesis was used as starting materials. The compound is reacted with 3,4-diamino benzoic acid, 4-metil-1,2-phenylenediamine and 4-iodine-1,2- phenylenediamine in acid catalysis using the methods provided in the literature to give 2,2'-bisbenzimidazole-5,6'-dicarboksilic acid (BIMCA), 2,2'-bisbenzimidazole-5,6'-dimetil (BIMM), 2,2'-bisbenzimidazole-5,6'-diiodine (BIMI) complexes were added to give coordinated complexes with complexes coordinated were Co(CH3COO)2.2H2O, Ni(CH3COO)2.4H2O and Cu(CH3COO)2.4H2O obtained by adding complexes dissolved in ethanol to ethanol ligands dissolved in ethanol. The ligands dissolved in ethanol were then obtained in co-ordinated complexes Co(CH3COO)2.2H2O, Ni(CH3COO)2.4H2O and Cu(CH3COO)2.4H2O dissolved in ethanol. 2,2'-bisbenzimidazole-5,6'-dicarboxylic acid (BIMCA) with [{Fe(salen)}2O] Schiff base ligand complex and new benzimidazole content coordinated with double oxygen [BIMCA{Fe (salen)}] ligand complexes were obtained. Then the resulting [BIMCA{Fe(salen)}] ligand complex was synthesized from Co(CH3COO)2.2H2O, Ni(CH3COO)2.4H2O and Cu(CH3COO)2.4H2O heteronuclear complexes. In conclusion, three different ligands were isolated from Co(II), Ni(II) ve Cu(II) complexes of these three ligands and their structures were characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR spectra, elementary analysis and magnetic susceptibility.
