Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı muhasebe elemanlarının duygusal emek davranışları ile işyeri mutlulukları arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır. Araştırma Burdur evreninde ve 156 muhasebe meslek elemanı örnekleminde nicel araştırma yöntemleri uygulanarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada muhasebe elemanlarının duygusal emek davranışları, işyeri mutlulukları incelenmiş ve aralarındaki ilişkiler korelasyon analizi ile test edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre muhasebe elemanlarının yüzeysel davranış düzeyleri düşük, duyguların bastırılması düzeyleri orta ve derin davranış düzeyleri ile işyeri mutluluk düzeyleri yüksek çıkmıştır. Duyguların bastırılması ve derin davranış ile işyeri mutluluğu arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the emotional labor behaviors and the workplace happiness of the accounting professional employees. The study was carried out in Burdur and on 156 accounting members as samples by applying quantitative study methods. In the study, emotional labor and workplace happiness of accounting members were examined and relation between them was tested by correlation analysis. According to the results of the study, members of the accounting profession have low levels of superficial behavior, moderate levels of emotion suppression, high levels of happiness in the workplace and profound behavior levels. There was a significant positive relationship between suppression of emotions and profound behavior and workplace happiness.
