| dc.description.abstract | Motivasyon işletmede çalışan bireyleri örgüt hedefleri doğrultusunda yöneltme ve onları amaçlı davranışlar göstermeye yönlendirme sürecidir. Örgütlerin verimini artırmanın en ekonomik yolu çalışanları motive etmektir. Çalışanların örgütsel yaşamda daha verimli olması onların var olan ihtiyaçlarını tatmin etmelerine bağlıdır. İhtiyaçları tatmin edilmeyen çalışanlar mutsuz bireylerdir. Mutsu iş gören ise örgüt başarısızlığın en önemli etkenidir. Sosyal bir varlık olan çalışanın motivasyonu örgüt amaçlarının gerçekleşmesinin anahtarıdır. Toplumsal gelir dağılımından en azı payı alan çalışan grubu ?alt gelir grubu? olarak adlandırılır. Çalışma hayatında sayı olarak çok miktarda olmalarına rağmen gelirden aldıkları pay sayılarıyla ter orantılıdır. Alt gelir gruplarını motive eden unsurlar şüphesiz ekonomik kaynaklıdır. Dolayısıyla bu gelir grubunu motive etmek onların, başarısını ekonomik unsurlarla ödüllendirmekle mümkündür. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Motivation is the process to direct the staff working for the organization towards the targets of the organization and to urge them to display purposeful attitudes.The most economical way to increase the productivity of an organization is to motivate the staff.The fact that the staff should be more effective depends on the self-compensation of their needs.İndividuals not compensating their needs are dissatisfied ones.However dissatisfied personel is the primary cause of negative conditions in an organization.A social instrument the motivation of the staff is the key to perform the targets of the organization. The group consisting of getting the least share from the annual income is called ?lower income group?.Although the number of this group is more and more, the annual income this groups gets is disproportionate with their number. The elements, motivating lower income groups,are undoubtedly of economic origin.Therefore to motive this income group can only be achieved by awarding them with economic elements. | en_US |
