| dc.description.abstract | Turist rehberleri turizm sektörü içerisinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Turistlerle birebir iletişim içerisinde olan, sorunlara anında çözüm üretebilen, etkili iletişim kabiliyetini gösterebilen, bilgi ve deneyim aktarma konusunda da en önemli turizm çalışanlarından biri olan turist rehberlerinin gruplara olan davranışı turizmde hizmet kalitesi açısından oldukça etkilidir. Turist rehberlerinin iletişim ve grup davranışı konularında da kendilerini yetiştirmesi, turların sağlıklı ve kaliteli bir şekilde yönetilmesini sağlayacaktır. Bu bilgiler doğrultusunda yapılan çalışmanın konusunu turist rehberlerinin gruplara yönelik davranışları oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın konusu doğrultusunda amacı da belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı da turist rehberlerinin demografik özelliklerinin gruplarına yönelik davranış biçimleri arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda nicel veri toplama yöntemlerinden anket aracılığı ile verilerin toplanması hedeflenmiştir. Özellikle sayıca fazla turist rehberine ulaşma hedefinden dolayı nicel veri toplama yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Yapılan araştırmanın sonucunda turist rehberlerinin grup davranışlarında cinsiyet ve yaş bilgileri ile gruplarına yönelik davranışları arasında anlamlı farklılıklar gösterdiği tespit edilmiş ve sonuç bölümünde öneriler sunulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Tourist guides have an important place in the tourism industry. The behavior of tourist guides, who are in one-to-one communication with tourists, who can produce instant solutions to problems, who can demonstrate effective communication skills, and who are one of the most important tourism employees in transferring information and experience, are very effective in terms of service quality in tourism. The fact that tourist guides train themselves in communication and group behavior will ensure that tours are managed in a healthy and high quality manner. In line with this information, the subject of the study is the behavior of tourist guides towards groups. In line with the subject of the study, its purpose has also been determined. The aim of the study is to determine the relationship between the demographic characteristics of tourist guides and their behavior towards their groups. For this purpose, it was aimed to collect data through questionnaires, one of the quantitative data collection methods. Quantitative data collection method was preferred especially due to the goal of reaching a large number of tourist guides. As a result of the research, it was determined that the tourist guides showed significant differences in group behaviors between gender and age information and their behaviors towards their groups, and suggestions were presented in the conclusion section. | en_US |
