| dc.description.abstract | Türkiye'de program gelistirme çabaları baglamında, Milli Egitim Bakanlıgı tarafından 2004-2005 ögretim yılında ilkögretim 1-5 sınıflar için Türkçe ögretim programı yenilenmis ve pilot okullarda uygulamaya konulmustur. Hazırlanan bu programın 2005-2006 ögretim yılından itibaren tüm ilkögretim okullarında uygulanması kararlastırılmıstır. Kuskusuz programın basarıya ulasması için ögretmenlerin programı iyi tanıması ve benimsemesi gerekmektedir. Bu arastırmanın temel amacı, yeni programın getirdigi yenilikleri belirlemek ve ögretmenlerin programı uygulama sürecinde karsılastıkları sorunları tespit etmektir. Arastırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıs olup ayrıca programlara yönelik yazılı kaynaklar incelenmistir. Arastırmanın evrenini Konya ili, Karapınar ilçesindeki ilkögretim okullarında görev yapan ögretmenler, örneklemini ise bu okullarda görev yapan 45 dördüncü sınıf ögretmeni olusturmaktadır. Bu ögretmenlere 21 sorudan olusan bir anket uygulanarak arastırma verileri elde edilmistir. Arastırmanın bulgularına göre ögretmenler yapılandırmacı yaklasım, yöntem-teknik ve ölçme araçları hakkında yeterli bilgiye sahiptirler. Türkçe ders kitaplarında yer alan metinler dil becerisini gelistirecek niteliktedir. lk defa ele alınan ?görsel okuma ve görsel sunu? ögrenme alanı ögrencilerin anlama ve anlatma becerilerini gelistirmektedir. Bunun yanı sıra sınıf mevcutlarının yapılandırmacı anlayısa uygun olmadıgı, velilerin de Türkçe müfredatında yapılan degisiklikler hakkında yeterli bilgiye sahip olmadıkları ortaya çıkmıstır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In Turkey, in the context of program development methods, The Turkish Language Education program for 1st-5th primary classes was renewed and was put into practice in experimental schools by The Ministry of National Education in the years 2004-2005. This new program was agreed to be practiced in all primary schools by the education term of 2005-2006. Undoubtedly, the teachers should know and adopt the program well for the success of it. Major aims of this research are determining the innovations of the new program and the problems those the teachers had during the application of it. Scanning model technique is used in the research and also written resources are studied. The universe of the research is constituted by the teachers in the primary schools of the Karapınar district of the KONYA region. And the examples are the 45 teachers who teach 4th primary classes of these schools. Research data was obtained by a survey, which contains 21 questions, applied on these teachers. Also it is discovered that the teachers are aware of the constructivist approach, methodtechnique, and evaluation materials. Texts in the Turkish Lesson Books have the attributes of developing the language skills. Visual Reading and Visual Presentation which are applied for the first time are developing the understanding and narrating skills of the students. Also it is determined that the numbers of the students in the classrooms was not appropriate for the constructive approach and the parents of the students didn?t have enough information about the changes in the Turkish Language Education program. | en_US |
