Abstract
Çalışmada, doğadan toplanmış olan Koeleria cristata (L.) Pers. genotiplerin de yeşil alan ve yem bitkisi olarak kullanılabilirlik bakımından bitkilerin bazı tarımsal özellikler belirlenmiştir. Bu özellikler doğrultusunda elde edilen veriler değerlendirilmesi sonucunda bitkilerden 12 adedi mera ve yem bitkileri tarımında, 8 adedi ise yeşil alan tesisinde kullanılabilme potansiyelleri vardır. Gözlem ve ölçümler 2020-21 yıllarında yetişme vejetasyonu süresince yapılmıştır. Çalışmada yapılan gözlem ve ölçümler; Çim kalitesi (1-9 skalası), Mevsimsel Renk Değişimi (1-9 skalası), Yaprak Dokusu (1-9 skalası), Yoğunluk (1-9 skalası), Salkım Oluşturma Eğilimi (1-9 skalası), Sonbaharda Büyüme Şekli (1-9 skalası), Bitki Boyu (cm), Bitki Çapı (cm), Yaprak Eni (cm), Yaprak Boyu (cm), Yaprak alanı (cm²), Yeşil ot verimi (1-9 skalası), İlkbaharda Yeniden Büyüme Zamanı (1-9 skalası), Salkım Boyu (cm), Son Boğum Uzunluğu (cm), Bitki Başına Tohum Verimi (g/bitki), 1000 Tohum Ağırlığı (g) özellikleri incelenmiş ve ortalamaları sırasıyla 7.1, 4.86, 3.22, 4.7, 4.62, 4.48, 45.2, 14.7, 0.29, 7.72, 2.31, 5.88, 6.2, 7.38, 22.5, 1.39, 0.67 olarak bulunmuştur. Bu özellikler arasındaki ilişkiler korelasyon analizi ile belirlenmiştir. İncelenen fenotipik özellikler arasında kolerasyon analiz tablosu oluşturulmuş ve özelliklerin birbiri üzerine önemli derecede etkili olduğu bulunmuştur. Bunlardan bazıları arasındaki pozitif korelasyonlar çeşit geliştirmede çok özellikli seçime izin verecektir. Analizi yapılmakta olan sentetik varyete ıslahı için ve ileride yapılacak ıslah çalışmalarında bu grupların üzerinde durulan özelliklere göre seçim yapma kolaylığı sağlayacaktır. Bu çalışma sonucunda hem ileride yapılacak farklı konulardaki ıslah çalışmalarında hem de mera ve yeşil alanlarda (soğuk ve daha az su tüketimi olan marjinal alanlar) kullanılabilecek üstün Koeleria çeşit adayları belirlenmiş olacaktır.
In the study, Koeleria cristata (L.) Pers. collected from nature. Some agricultural characteristics of the genotypes were determined in terms of their usability as green areas and forage plants. As a result of the evaluation of the data obtained in line with these features, 12 of the plants have the potential to be used in pasture and forage crop agriculture, and 8 of them have the potential to be used in green area establishments. Observations and measurements were made during the growing vegetation period in 2020-21. Observations and measurements made in the study; Grass Quality (1-9 scale), Seasonal Color Change (1-9 scale), Leaf Texture (1-9 scale), Density (1-9 scale), Tendency to Form Clusters (1-9 scale), Autumn Growth Form (1-9 scale) 1-9 scale), Plant Height (cm), Plant Diameter (cm), Leaf Width (cm), Leaf Height (cm), Leaf area (cm²), Green grass yield (1-9 scale), Regrowth Time in Spring (1-9 scale), Cluster Length (cm), Last Node Length (cm), Seed Yield per Plant (g/plant), 1000 Seed Weight (g) characteristics were examined and their averages were respectively; 7.1, 4.86, 3.22, 4.7, 4.62, 4.48, 45.2, 14.7, 0.29, 7.72, 2.31, 5.88, 6.2, 7.38, 22.5, 1.39, 0.67. The relationships between these features were determined by correlation analysis. A correlation analysis table was created between the phenotypic features examined and it was found that the features had a significant impact on each other. Positive correlations between some of these will allow multi-trait selection in cultivar development. The analysis will facilitate selection of these groups according to the emphasized characteristics for the breeding of the synthetic variety being carried out and in future breeding studies. As a result of this study, superior Koeleria variety candidates that can be used both in future breeding studies on different subjects and in pastures and green areas (cold and marginal areas with less water consumption) will be identified.
