Yöneticilerin Lojistik Yetkinliklerinin Performanslarına Etkisi: Üçüncü Parti Lojistik (3pl) Hizmet Sağlayıcıları Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Özet
Amaç - Bu çalışmanın amacı lojistik yöneticilerinin yetkinlikleri ile performansları arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir. Yöntem - Çalışmanın örneklemini Uluslararası Nakliyeciler Derneğinin İstanbul’da faaliyet gösteren Üçüncü Parti Lojistik (3PL) hizmet sağlayıcısı 78 şirkette görev yapan yöneticiler oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada kullanılan anket Haziran-Temmuz 2019 tarihleri arasında online ve yüz yüze uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada kolayda örnekleme yöntemi seçilmiştir. Çalışmada 194 yöneticiden geri dönüş alınmıştır. Bulgular - Çalışmanın amacı doğrultusunda yapılan regresyon analizinde lojistik yetkinlikleri ile çalışan performansı arasında pozitif yönlü ve yüksek düzeyde bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç - Lojistik farkındalık, genel yönetim, davranış, analitik ve bilişim yetkinliklerinin performans üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Çevre yetkinliklerinin performans üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı görülmüştür.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the competencies of logistics managers and their performance. Methodology - The sample of the study consists of managers working in 78 companies third party logistics (3PL) services providers, members of the international Transporters Association, operating in Istanbul. The questionnaire has been conducted both in the research was applied online and face to face between June and July 2019. In the study, convenience sampling method has been used and, 194 managers gave feedback. Findings - In the regression analysis conducted in line with the purpose of the study. It is observed that there is a positive and high-level relationship between logistics competencies and performance. Conclusions – It is observed that logistics awareness, general management, behavioral, analytical, and informatics competencies have a statistically significant effect on performance. Environmental competencies have no statistically significant effect on performance.
