Büyük Selçuklular Ve Hârezmşahlar Devrine Ait Az Bilinen Bir Kaynak: Cevâhir-Nâme-Yi Nizâmî

Özet
Son yıllarda Türkiye’de Büyük Selçuklular ve Hârezmşahlar tarihine yönelik çalışmalar artmıştır. Bu çalışmalarda zikredilen devletler hakkında bilgi veren birçok yazılı kaynak, kitabe ve sikkeden istifade edilmiştir. Çalışmaya konu olan eser, XII.-XIII. yüzyıl Büyük Selçuklular, Hârezmşahlar ve İran tarihi hakkında ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel, dilbilimi, mineroloji ve metroloji gibi önemli konularda orijinal bilgiler vermektedir. Eserin yazarı Muhammed b. Ebî’l-Berekât Cevherî-yi Nîşâbûrî’dir. Cevâhir-nâme-yi Nizâmî, hicrî 592/1195-96 yılında telif edilmiştir. Bu kaynak, Ebû’r-Reyhân Bîrûnî’nin el-Cemâhir fî’l-cevâhir adlı eseriyle birlikte Ortaçağ İslâm dünyasında yazılmış iki özgün cevâhir-nâmeden birisidir. Aynı zamanda bu eser, şimdiye kadar tespit edilebilen Farsça yazılmış en eski cevâhir-nâmedir. Müellifin maden işleriyle uğraşması, konu ile ilgili kaynaklara vâkıf olması ve başka coğrafyalara seyahat ederek bilgisini artırması kaynağın değerini yükseltmektedir. Neşredilen bu eserin farklı ülkelerde birçok nüshası bulunmaktadır. Bu durum eserin geniş bir coğrafyada bilindiğini göstermektedir. Cevâhir-nâme-yi Nizâmî’nin Osmanlı cevâhir-nâme yazarları tarafından kullanıldığı bu çalışma ile ortaya konmuştur. Çalışmamızın esas amacı, İran’ın önemli kurumlarından olan Mirâs-i Mektûb’un yayınladığı bu eseri ayrıntılı bir şekilde Türk bilim dünyasına tanıtmaktır.
In recent years, studies of history of the Great Saljuqs and Khw?rezmshahs have increased in Turkey. Many written sources, inscriptions and coins that provide information about mentioned states were used in these studies. The mentioned source provides original information about the Great Saljuqs, Khw?rezmshahs, Iran history and important issues like economic, social, cultural, linguistics, mineralogy, and metrology. The author of the source is Muhammad b. Ab? al-Barak?t Jawher?-ye N?sh?b?r?. Jaw?her-n?ma-ye Nez?m? was written in hijri 592/1195-96. This source is one of the two original the jaw?her-n?mas written in the medieval Islamic world with the work of Ab? al-Rayh?n B?r?n? called al-Jam?her f? al-Jaw?her. In addition, this work is the oldest jaw?hern?ma in Persian, which can be identified until now. The fact that the author dealt with mining works, had a grasp of the resources related to the subject and increased his knowledge by traveling to other geographies enhances the value of the source. This published work has many copies in different countries. This indicates that the work was known in a wide geography. It is revealed with this study that Jaw?her-n?ma-ye Nez?m? was used by the authors of the Ottoman jaw?her-n?ma. The main purpose of our study is to introduce this source that was published by the Miras Maktoob, one of the important institutions of Iran, to the Turkish scientific world in detail
