| dc.description.abstract | Hitabet, gayesi insanları ikna etmek olan bir söz sanatıdır. Güzel sanatlar içinde yer alır. Sözü güzel söylemekten maksat bir düşünceyi, bir anlayışı yaymak, onu dinleyicilere aşılamaktır. Bu sebeple hitabet çok eski zamanlardan beri itibar gören edebî bir türdür. Daha çok söz hürriyetinin olduğu ülkelerde gelişmiştir. Türkler arasında ise Tanzimattan itibaren kımıldanmaya başlayan hitabet, Cumhuriyet devrinde en güzel örneklerini vermiştir. Bu yazıda bu gelişimin ana çizgileriyle bir değerlendirmesi yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Oratory is an art of utterance that aims to persuade the people. It is one of the Fine Arts. The aim of utterance is to broadcast an opinion and a comprehension, to instill the audience. Therefore, oratory is a sort of literary, which has been respected since the ancient periods. It has developed mostly in the countries where speech freedom is. Oratory has begun to move slightly among the Turkish People since the Administrative Reforms and has given the most beatiful samples during the Republican Period. In this study it has been tried to be evaluated the improvement with its main lines. | en_US |
