| dc.description.abstract | This study has been camed out to determine growth and some body measurements in Kangal Bred of Turkish Shepherd Dogs under feeding and management conditions of Research Farm at Selçuk University Faculty of Veterinary Science. For determining growth rate body weight records of 77 dogs from birth to 12 months of age were used, and factors effecting the growth of puppies were determined by using the least squares method In determining breed standard 16 body measurements of 45 dogs which were obtained from 3 month of age to 12 month of age were used Body weights of puppies at birth, weaning. 6 and 12 months of age were effected from litter size birth of year. season, sex of puppy and age of female. Effects of these factors wore statistically significant ( P < 0.01 P < 0.05 ) Ave rage weight of puppies at birth, weaning. 6 and 12 months of age 538 g. 4845 g. 18.9 kg and 37 07 kg least squares mean weight of puppies at birth, weaning, 6 and 12 months of age 560 g. 6110 g. 22 52 kg ve 39.84 kg were found respectively. At first age it was observed that height of shoulder was 68.93 + 0.71 cm height of rump was 70.44/0.7 om length of body was 63 76+1.05 cm, circumference of body was 80.44 + 0.89 cm. breadth of front chest was 20.26 * 0.27 cm depth of chest was 23.87/0.27 cm. breadth of rump was 19 14 + 0.27 cm length of tail was 52.91 0.52 cm, length of head was 27, B * 2 = 0.28 cm, circumference of head was 46.99 0.32 cm circumference of muzzle was 28.2010.33 cm, circumference of wrist was 13.24:0.12 cm length of earflap was 12 50/0 cm length of muzzie was 11 82:0 17 cm. | dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma Türk Çoban Köpeğinm Kangal irkinin SÜ Veteriner Fakültesi Araştırma ve Uygulama Çing sarlanındaki büyüme ve bazi vücut ölçülerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır Buyume özelliklerinin belirlenmesinde 12 aya kadar 77 köpeğin ağırlık kayitlan incelenmiş ve büyümeye etki eden faktörlerin belirlenmesinde En Küçük Kareler Metodu kullanilmiştir Irk standartlarinin tespiti için 45 Kangal Çoban Köpeğinde 3 ile 12.aylik yaş arasında 16 beden 6icusü alınmıştır. Doğum, süt kesimi, 6.ay ve 1 yaş canli agniği üzerine doğum tipi dogum yili, mevsim, cin syet ve Ana yaşının etkilen incelenmiştir. incelenen bütün taktörlenn etkilen önemli bulunmuştur ( hat P < 0.01 , P<0.05) Doğum ağinig süt kesimi altinci ay ve bir yaş canlı ağırlığı için gerçekleşen ortalama sira ile 538 g. 4845 g. 18.9 kg ve 37 01 kg ikan beklenen ortalama aynı sıra ile 550 g. 6110 g 22.52 kg ve 39.84 kg tespit edilmiştir. Bir yaş itibariyle, cidago yükseldiği 68.93 0.71 cm sagn yüksekliği 70.44 0.70 cm, beden uzunluğu 63.78:1.05 cm gogus çevresi 1.44 + 0.89cmci on gogus genişliği 20 16:0.27 cm göğüs derinligi 23.87 0.27 cm pelvis genişliği 12 14:0.27 cm kuyruk uzunluğu 52 91-052 cm, baş uzunluğu, 27.82-0.28 cm, baş çevresi 46.99/0.32 cm ağız çev resi 28.20:0.33 cm on Incik çevresi 13.24 0.12 cm kulak uzunluğu 12.50 0.14 cm; yüz uzunluğu 11 82 - 17 cm larak belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada gerek canlı ağırlık artış açısından gerekse beden ölçülerinin gelişimi açısından en aktif dinem 6 ve 8 aylar arası olmuştur. | en_US |
