dc.description.abstractSağlık sektöründe hızla ilerleyen gelişmeleri takip edebilmek kadar bu gelişmeleri sağlık işletmelerine uygulamak da oldukça önemlidir. Burada kuşkusuz en önemli unsur hastane yönetimi ve yönetimin stratejik yönetim sürecini uygulama başarısıdır. Stratejik yönetimin en önemli görevi işletmenin stratejik yönlerini göstermek, kaynakların öncelikli kullanılmasına rehberlik etmek, mükemmellik standartlarını belirlemek olarak sıralanabilir. Bu durum göz önüne alındığında, sağlık kurumu yöneticisi kurumunun ulaşması gereken standartları belirleyebilmeli ve bunu yaparken de içinde bulunduğu zamanın değil, tüm ülke de stratejik sağlık planlamasıyla ortaya konulan hedefleri göz önüne almalı ve kendi kurumunda bu hedefleri yakalamaya çalışmalıdır. Bu amaçla çalışmada bir sağlık kuruluşu olan Selçuk Üniversitesi Meram Tıp Fakültesi kurumunda uygulanan stratejik yönetimin boyutları ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractNowadays, following the rapidly advancing developments in health sector and applying these developments to health institutions are very important issues. The most important factors to achieve this goal are the structure of hospital management and the success of the strategic management process. The mission of strategic management is to show the strategic direction of the institution, guide the resources to be used in order of priority and setting the standards of excellence. Considering this mission; the health care institution administrator should determine strategic management standards considering not only local circumstances but also national strategic health management plans and should try to reach these standards in his/her institution. In this study, a health care institution, Hospital of Selçuk University Meram Medical Faculty’s strategic management standards is surveyed.en_US
