Özet
Bu çalışma, Van yöresinde yetişen makrofungusları belirlemek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Arazi ve laboratuar çalışmaları sonucunda teşhisleri yapılan örneklerin Ascomycota ve Basidiomycota bölümlerine ait 6 takım, 26 familya ve 58 cins içinde dağılım gösteren toplam 122 makromantar türü belirlenmiştir. Tespit edilen türlerden 47’si yenen, 56’sı yenmeyen, 19’u ise zehirli özelliktedir. Ayrıca 15 türün de odun tahripçisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Tespit edilen türlerden 41’i araştırma alanı için; ayrıca Geopora sepulta (Fr.) Korf & Burds ve Parasola misera (P. Karst.) Redhead, Vilgalys & Hopple türleri ise Türkiye mikobiyotası için yeni kayıttır.
The present study was aimed to investigate the macrofungal diversity of Van province. The collected specimens were identified according to field and Laboratory studies. The specimen are belonging to the Ascomycota and Basidiomycota division, distributed in 6 order, 26 families, 58 genera and 122 species.The identified species are classified as 47 edible, 56 inedible, 19 posionus and 15 wood decaying. The 41 species are new records for the area and Geopora sepulta (Fr.) Korf & Burds and Parasola misera (P. Karst.) Redhead,Vilgalys &Hopple are new records forTurkish Mycobiota.
