Özet
Çalışmanın amacı; 14-16 yaşları arasındaki erkek basketbolcu, futbolcu ve sedanterlerin bazı fiziksel, fizyolojik ve antropometrik özelliklerini karşılaştırmaktır. Araştırma, Selçuk Üniversitesi Spor Kulübü yıldız takımından 20 adet basketbolcu, Selçuk Spor Kulübü yıldız takımından 20 adet futbolcu ve çeşitli okullardan seçilmiş düzenli olarak spor yapmayan (sedanter) 20 adet öğrenci olmak üzere toplam 60 denek üzerinde yapılmıştır. Çalışmada deneklerin boyları, vücut ağırlıkları, istirahat nabızları, kan basınçları, vücut yağ yüzdeleri ve beden kitle indeksleri ölçülmüş; deneklere kuvvet testlerinden sağlık topu fırlatma, durarak uzun atlama, 30 sn mekik ve şınav testleri, sürat ve çeviklik parametreleri için 30 m sürat ve sekiz koşusu testleri, esneklik parametresi için otur-uzan testi, aerobik güç için cooper testi ve anaerobik güç için dikey sıçrama testi uygulanarak aerobik ve anaerobik güçleri hesaplanmıştır. Ayrıca deneklerin deri kıvrım kalınlıkları ölçülüp, antropometrik özelliklerin belirlenmesi için bazı çevre ve çap ölçümleri alınmıştır. Araştırmada istatistiki sonuçların elde edilmesi için SPSS adlı paket program kullanılmıştır. Gruplar arası farklılığın tespitinde, ilişkisiz örneklemler için tek faktörlü varyans analizi (One-Way ANOVA) yapılmış ve çıkan sonuçlara göre hangi grubun farklılık gösterdiğini tespit etmek için varyans homojenliğine göre Tukey testi uygulanmıştır. Yapılan istatistiki analiz sonucunda; basketbolcuların boy uzunluğu, vücut ağırlığı, spor yaşı, vücut yağ yüzdesi, beden kitle indeksi, sağ, sol ve çift el sağlık topu fırlatma, 30 sn şınav, 30 m sürat, dikey sıçrama, durarak uzun atlama, esneklik, anaerobik güç, deri kıvrım kalınlıkları, çevre ölçüm değerlerinden ön kol, dirsek, flex. biceps, ext. biceps, göğüs, bel, karın ve kalça ortalamaları diğer gruplara göre anlamlı derecede yüksek bulunurken (p<0,01) (p<0,05), futbolcuların 30 sn mekik, aerobik güç, çevre ölçüm değerlerinden üst bacak, diz ve calf ortalamaları diğer gruplara göre anlamlı derecede yüksek bulunmuştur (p<0,01) (p<0,05). Sedanterlerin ise istirahat nabzı, diastolik kan basıncı, sekiz koşusu, çap ölçüm değerlerinden femur ve humerus ortalamaları diğer gruplara göre anlamlı derecede yüksek tespit edilmiştir (p<0,01) (p<0,05). Sonuç olarak, adolesan dönemdeki basketbolcuların üst ekstremite ve sıçrama kuvvetleri futbolcu ve sedanterlere göre daha iyi bulunurken, futbolcuların ise sürat ve çeviklik ile ilgili performanslarının basketbolcu ve sedanterlerden daha iyi olduğu düşünülmektedir.
The aim of study is to compare some physical, physiologic and anthropometric features in 14-16 years male basketball player, footballer and sedentary. The study was implemented on total 60 samples of which 20 basketball player from Selçuk University Sport Club young team, 20 football player from Selçuk Sport Club young team and 20 students who were selected from different schools and not do regular sport activity (sedentary). The height, weight, rest pulse, blood pressure, body fat percentages and body mass index of samples were measured; aerobic and anaerobic powers of samples were calculated through applying power tests as throwing health ball, standing long jump, 30 seconds sit-up and push-up tests, for speed and agility parameters 30 m speed and eight run tests, for flexibility parameter sit-lay test, for aerobic power cooper test and for anaerobic power vertical jumping test. Also skin bending thickness of samples was measured and to determine anthropometric features some around and diameter sizes were measured. To get statistic results at the study packet program, called SPSS was used. Variance analyze with single factor (One-Way ANOVA) was applied to determine difference among the groups. Variance analyze with single factor was applied for samples with no relation and Tukey test was applied according to variance homogenous to determine which group was different in accordance with availed results. At the end of statistic analyze; height, weight, sport age, body fat index, body mass index, throwing health ball with right, left and double hand, 30 seconds sit-up, 30 m speed, vertical jumping, standing long jump, flexibility, anaerobic power, skin bending thickness, forearm, elbow, flex. biceps, ext. biceps, chest, lower back, abdomen, hip averages from round measuring values of basketball players were found high in meaningful level according to other groups (p<0,01) (p<0,05). But 30 seconds sit-up, aerobic power, upper leg, knee and calf average from round measuring values of football players were found high in meaningful level according to other groups (p<0,01) (p<0,05). The rest pulse, diastolic blood pressure, eight run, femur and humerus averages from diameter measuring values of sedentary students were found high in meaningful level according to other groups (p<0,01) (p<0,05). Consequently, upper extremity and jumping forces of basketball players at adolescence period were found better than football players and sedentary students; it is thought that the performances of football players about speed and agility was better than basketball players and sedentary students.
